THE BLOOD COVENANT

I. THE ORIGIN OF THE BLOOD COVENANT

A. DEFINITION of COVENANT:
1. League; A sense of cutting; Confederacy
2. A Contract; Testament
3. Disposition of property
4. A Coming Together
5. A compact (agreement) made by passing between pieces of flesh.
6. Hebrew word for "covenant" is "BERITH" which means: "to cut where blood flows or cut until blood flows".

B. First form of covenant (Gen.3:21):
1. God shed blood to make Adam and Eve coats of skin.
2. God also drove them out so that they would not live forever in their state of sin.

C. The first covenant between individuals (Gen.14:13):
1. Between Abram the Hebrew and Mamre, Eshcol, and Aner the Amorites
2. Later, the Amorites broke their covenant with Abraham by not allowing his descendents to pass through their land (Nu.21:21‑25). Their land and all of their cities were taken by the Israelites.

D. Method of Cutting the Covenant:
1. Normally, the two parties (individuals or tribes) come together with their friends, families, and a priest.
2. First, they exchange gifts. This signifies that what one owns or possesses, the other owns or possesses.
3. Second, they bring forth a cup of wine. The priest then makes an incision in the arm or wrist of one man. The blood drips into the cup of wine. Then, an incision is duplicated in the other man's arm or wrist. This could be a designated person. His blood is then placed into the same cup of wine. The wine is mixed thoroughly to mix the blood.
4. Third, both men in turn drink the wine from the cup. Often, they will put their wrists together to mingle their blood. Now, they have become blood brothers and covenant men for life.
5. Fourth, trees are planted. The tree remains and grows as a witness of their covenant.
6. Fifth, after the wine/blood is drunk by both parties, then the priest steps forth and pronounces all kinds of awful curses upon the individuals or tribes if they ever break the covenant. Blessings are pronounced as long as the covenant is observed by both parties. See Deut.11, 27, and 28 for the Old Testament cursings and blessings.
7. No one ever takes advantage of the covenant or breaks it. The covenant is so sacred that the children keep the covenant for several generations. The covenant cannot be annulled or dissolved. For anyone to steal from a blood brother is the death penalty.
8. The moment the covenant is consummated, everything that a blood covenant individual owns is at the disposal of his blood brother if he needs it. And yet, neither will ever ask for anything unless it is absolutely necessary.
a. All debts are mutually shared.
b. All liabilities are mutually shared.
c. All assets are mutually shared.
d. All benefits are mutually shared.

E. Dr. Henry Stanley in pursuit of Dr. David Livingstone cut the covenant over fifty times with different African tribes. Neither of them ever heard of a covenant being broken. The tribes protected each other to the death. The covenant was kept and that was final!

F. Why enter into a covenant? (Heb.8:6‑7)
1. Protection: the weak and strong tribes
2. Business purposes or resourcefulness: insure that neither would take advantage of the other
3. Love for one another: Example (Jonathan and David)

G. Eight Biblical Steps in Covenanting:
1. Exchange of garments or coats (David and Jonathan in 1 Sam.18:1‑9). "All my assets are yours."
2. Exchange of weapons..."All my strength and combat ability I will use to protect you."
3. Exchange of names...You would take something of the other person's name and add it to your own and vice versa. Example: (Gen.17) God inserted the last two letters (AH) of His Own Name (JEHOVAH) into Abram’s name (ABR AH AM). ABRAHAM means prince of God. The Lord then replaced the letter "I" in SARAI's name with the letter "H" from His Own Name (JEHOVAH). Now, SARAI's name is SARAH (princess of God). God also changed His Name at this time. He took the "I" from Sarai and the "AM" from Abram and began to call Himself "I AM". The I Am is here!
4. Exchange of blood (Gen.15).
5. The splitting of animals in half and then walking between them in the figure eight. This symbolizes the two people, tribes, or nations becoming as one man. Read Jer.34:18‑20.
6. Exchange of BLESSINGS and CURSINGS: Blessings were pronounced for keeping the covenant and cursings for default (Deut.28).

7. The Covenant Memorial:
a. Sometimes, a LARGE stone or pile of stones (Gen.31:43‑47)
b. Sometimes, a tree was planted (Gen.21:31‑32).

8. Shared the COVENANT MEAL: They would eat bread (which represented the body) and drink wine (representing the blood). This symbolized the eating of each other's body and drinking the other's blood (strength and life of one another). FRIEND means covenant partner. Abraham was called "the friend of God."

II. THE ABRAHAMIC COVENANT (Gen.15‑17)

A. God‑initiated (Gen.15:1): God was looking for a man in which He could trust to bring in the second "Adam" (Jesus) Who would restore and redeem man from the sin of the first "adam".

1. Remember, God had promised Abram BLESSINGS, seed, and land when Abram was 75 years old (Gen.12:1‑7).
2. Abram was now approximately 79 years old. Abram wanted to know what God was going to give him (Gen.15:2). Abram was BOLD. Boldness brings results and faith! God wants us to be bold.
3. The Lord responded (Gen.15:4‑5).

4. Abram believed God (Gen.15:6).
a. "Believed" means unqualified committal of himself and ALL that he would ever be to God.
b. God accepted that FAITH and made it righteousness.

5. Then, Abram asked for proof (Gen.15:8). Abram was no dummy. He wanted proof. Do you blame him? God does not mind us asking for proof as long as we ask honestly by faith and then receive His answer.

B. The Covenant Sacrifice (Gen.15:9‑17)
1. Abram knew what it meant to enter into a covenant (Gen.14:13). Abram was called the Friend of God (Ja.2:23).

2. The death and cutting of the animals (Gen.15:9‑10).
a. Three and three and three (V.9). Three represents the GodHead.
b. He Cut the animals right down the middle.

3. Deep sleep and darkness fell upon Abram. The Lord allowed Abram to see into the future. He saw the children of Israel in bondage and captivity (V.13‑14).

4. The Smoking Furnace was God (V.17). God is a consuming fire. The Burning Lamp was Jesus. The Lamp is the Word. The Word is Jesus.

C. The Seal and Sign of the Abrahamic Covenant (Gen.17): Even though the covenant was already in force, it was not yet complete. The changing of names had to take place and man's blood had to be shed (by circumcision).
1. Abram was 99 years old; Sarai was 90.
2. Eventually, 25 years after the promise that God made to Abram (Gen.12:3), Isaac ("Laughter") was born (Gen.21:3).
3. Names were exchanged (V.5, 15).

4. Man's blood was shed by circumcision in this covenant (V.23‑27).
a. God used a substitute for His blood (Gen.15:9) in this first covenant with man.
b. God shed His own blood through Jesus in the second (better) covenant (Heb.9:7‑28). Our blood was not shed, but His blood was shed as our Substitute.

5. God NOW had a legal right to bring in a new Adam because everything that Abraham owned…God owned and vice versa. God could now use Abraham's seed to prepare a body for the second Adam (Jesus) (Lk.1:31, Jn.1:14).

D. The Covenant was tested (Gen.22:1‑14).

1. Jehovah‑Jireh provided a substitute (V.13).
2. Jehovah (the Great I AM) swore by Himself because there was None higher to swear by (V.16). God's throne, His Kingdom, and the entire GodHead stood behind this covenant. If God ever broke the covenant, He would have to destroy Himself. BUT HE WOULD NEVER BREAK HIS WORD.
3. God had found a man (Abraham) who would keep the covenant. And God would keep him and his seed.

E. What did this covenant mean?
1. God placed Himself absolutely in bondage to this covenant. God and Israel were bound together.

As long as Israel kept the covenant:
a. No sickness was among them (Ps.105:37).
b. They had wealth (Ps.105:37, Gen.15:14).
c. God protected them (Ps.91, 121).
d. There was never a barren wife, no babies died, and no soldiers were ever slain.
e. No army in the world could conquer them.

2. They were Blood Covenant men and women!
a. Their land brought forth LARGE crops.
b. Their herds and flocks multiplied.
c. They became the head of all nations and wealth.
d. Jerusalem became the richest city in the world.
e. No nation in all the earth could match them.
f. One covenant man could chase a thousand.
g. Two could put 10,000 to flight. In David's day, he had single warriors that could slay 800 men in a single combat battle. They could take their bare hands and kill a lion. They were Blood Covenant warriors…the best that the world has ever known.

3. The godly ones share in the "Covenant" (Ps.50:5).
a. "Saints" (godly ones): The Hebrew word for godly one is "hassid". Hassid is a person who is totally wrapped up, tied up, and tangled all up in God. He exists ONLY for God. In the plural sense (hassidim), the godly ones mean "those who have cut the covenant on the basis of a sacrifice."
b. The first covenant was sealed by the blood of Abraham and God sacrificed an animal.
c. The New Covenant was sealed by the Blood of Jesus Who was also the Sacrifice (Pascal Lamb).

F. Would God remember His Covenant with Abraham (Ex.2:23‑25)? Would He deliver them?
1. God heard their groanings and remembered.
2. God had "respect" for them:
a. Took knowledge of them.
b. Observed them.
c. Cared for them.
d. Was their Friend.
e. Knew them...could feel for them.
f. Understood them.
g. Held them in high regard and esteem (HONOR).
3. God kept His Word. After Abraham's descendants were in Egypt for 430 years, He delivered them (Ex.12:35‑42). They spoiled the Egyptians. Egypt was now bankrupt.

III. THE BLOOD COVENANT BETWEEN DAVID AND JONATHAN (1 Sam.18)

A. David had just killed the giant (Goliath) who was:
1. 13 Ft. 4 in. tall
2. Coat of armor weighed 194 pounds.
3. Spear's head weighed 23 1/2 pounds.
4. Shield weighed 30 pounds.
5. Goliath weighed between 400 to 500 pounds.

B. The love of David and Jonathan was like that of a father and son. David was now about 17 or 18 years old and Jonathan was about 40 years old.
1. Their hearts were knitted together as one (V.1).
2. They cut the covenant (V.3).
3. Jonathan gave David gifts (V.4):
a. Robe
b. Clothes
c. Armor (sword, bow, and belt)

C. The Renewal of the David/Jonathan Covenant (1 Sam.20:16):
1. Jonathan said, "...The Lord be with you as He has been with my father. You shall show me kindness while I live and even my posterity after I'm gone" (V.13‑15).
2. They renewed their covenant vows (V.16‑17).
3. Years later, David remembered his covenant with Jonathan by showing great kindness and mercy to Jonathan's son (Mephibosheth) (2 Sam.9:1‑13).
IV. The New Blood Covenant

A. Foretold by Jeremiah (Jer.31:31‑34, Isa.59:20‑21, Ezk.37:26).
B. God has made us ABLE ministers of the New Covenant (2 Cor.3:6). ABLE means: to have sufficient power, skill, and resources to accomplish a mission; marked by intelligence, know‑ledge, skill, and competence. The New Covenant has made us:
1. Capable, qualified, worthy, and strong.
2. Possessed of needed powers and resources.
3. Free to act.
4. Well‑to‑do, rich.

C. Jesus, the Mediator of a better covenant (Heb.8:6‑13).
1. One Mediator (1 Tim.2:5)
2. Mediator of the New Testament (Heb.9:15)

D. Jesus, the Surety of a better Covenant (Heb.7:22).
1. Surety: guarantee of the benefits that a covenant offers to those who keep the covenant.
2. A bondsman that stands good for someone else.
3. The old covenant was sealed by circumcision, but the New is sealed by the NEW BIRTH (circumcision of the heart).

E. Jesus, the High Priest (Heb.3:1, 4:14‑15, 5:8‑10, 6:20).
1. The priest in the old covenant acted as a mediator between God and Israel. Jesus, the High Priest of the New Covenant, is the Mediator between the sinner and God. He is the Intercessor between the Christian and God.
2. Jesus is the High Priest. We are holy priests and royal priests (1 Pet.2:5‑9).

F. Jesus, the Intercessor (Heb.8:2, 10:11, 7:25).
1. Jesus carried His own blood into the Holy of Holies in the Throne Room of God (Heb.9:12, 10:19‑20, Acts 20:28).
2. NO MAN, WOMAN, devil, imp, or satan the STUPID ONE can lay anything to your charge because God has declared YOU righteous through Jesus Christ (Rom.8:33‑34).

G. Jesus, the Advocate (1 Jn.2:1)
1. Advocate means: One who pleads the cause (case) of another; one who defends, vindicates, and upholds another in a court of law.
2. Christ is our Heavenly Attorney Who defends us.
a. We must confess our sins.
b. When we confess our sins, He (Jesus) is faithful to forgive them and wipe them out as if they had never been.

H. New Covenant (Testament) Words:
1. REDEMPTION (ransom in full, salvation, deliverance, a buying back, release from sin). Redemption does not mean "atonement". Atonement was used in the Old Testament which meant "covering, pacify, appease, put off, purge." The sacrifice of atonement covered their sins for one year only.
2. REMISSION (to wipe out as though it had never been)
a. When something is wiped out, it stops being.
b. Our sins have been wiped out. They do NOT exist anymore. It is as though they had never been.
3. FOREGIVENESS (Col.1:14): freedom, pardon, omit, to put away, liberty, remission.
a. When a Christian sins, he breaks fellowship with the Father. He does not break his RELATIONSHIP. This fellowship can be restored by simply asking forgiveness.
b. If we confess, He will forgive (1 Jn.1:9).

I. THE NEW BLOOD COVENANT BLESSINGS:

1. We are RIGHTEOUS (1 Jn.1:9, 2 Cor.5:21).
a. No consciousness of sin (not sin conscious)
b. We have the identical standing as Jesus.
c. No sense of lack, inferiority, insecurity, weakness, or hopelessness

2. We are ONE with God (Gal.2:20, Jn.15:5, 17:18‑24).
a. Christ dwells in us and we in Him.
b. We are partakers of His Divine nature (Eph.5:30, 2 Pet.1:4).

3. We have a LEGAL RIGHT to use His Name (Jesus). When you live in that Name and walk in that Name, the devil cannot tell YOU from Jesus. You look like Jesus. You are clothed in His righteousness. You are filled with His love. You are filled with His LIFE. His resurrection POWER dwells in YOU!
a. Ask in that Name (Jn.14:14, 15:16, 16:23).
b. Bind and loose in that Name (Mt.18:18).
c. Heal in that Name (Acts 3:6).

4. EXTRA BENEFITS:
a. Your life is hid with Christ (Col.3:3‑4).
b. Christ is in you NOW (Col.1:27).
c. Christ LIVES in YOU (Gal.2:20).
d. YOU are an heir of God and joint‑heir with Jesus Christ (Rom.8:17).
e. YOU are the temple of God (1 Cor.3:16).
f. Christ has made us RICH (2 Cor.8:9).
g. God loads us down DAILY with BENEFITS (Ps.68:19).
h. ALL THINGS ARE YOURS (1 Cor.3:21‑22).

V. The Reality of the Lord's Supper in the New Blood Covenant:
(Lk.22:19‑20, 1 Cor.11:23‑34)

A. “Do this in remembrance of Me" (Lk.22:19). When commemorating Holy Communion (the Breaking of Bread, the Lord's Supper), the Church is to remember FOUR things:

1. We are in covenant with God and with one another. We are celebrating the Covenant meal. This reminds us that whatever we have need of, God will supply it. It may be healing, finances, deliverance, salvation for our children, a better job or position, or any other benefits that may be needed.

2. Second, remember that you are symbolically putting the Body of Christ in you and the Blood of Christ in you which is the life of the flesh. Eating the bread and drinking the wine is symbolic of the real Christ being in you. JESUS means HUMANITY. CHRIST means DEITY. Christ represents God's Deity. Jesus represents His humanity. When you partake of the Lord's Supper, you are in fact saying, "Jesus Christ LIVES in me."

3. Third, one loaf of bread represents one body of believers. When Jesus broke bread, He took the center loaf and broke it and distributed it among the disciples.
a. At 6 P.M. on 13 April, A.D. 30, Jesus sat down with His disciples to celebrate the Passover meal (Feast of Un‑leavened Bread). On the table was a bag with three pouches. Each pouch contained a loaf of bread.
b. The Israelites say that these three pouches represent Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.
c. Scripturally, under the New Covenant, they represent God the Father, Son (middle loaf), and Holy Spirit.
d. One LOAF...One BODY

4. Fourth, we are to DISCERN the Lord's Body.
a. No division between you and another member of the Lord's Body (the Church).
b. Discern the gifts of Jesus to the Body (Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors, and Teachers).
c. Discern that the BROKEN BREAD is for your healing and WINE is for your forgiveness of sins.

B. The Communion Meal is a meal of COMMITMENT.

1. We are committed to the Lord Jesus.
2. We are committed to one another.
3. It is a commitment (confession) of our Faith.
4. It is a commitment of LOVE.
5. It is a commitment of our loyalty to the Church (which includes ALL BELIEVERS).
6. It is IDENTIFICATION:

a. You are identified with Christ.
b. You are identified with one another.
c. You have identified yourself to help those that are weak, to help bear their burdens, and to love them.
d. YOU Should never CRITICIZE another brother or sister in the Blood Covenant. YOU should LOVE THEM!
e. You have identified yourself with health, wealth, royalty, Kingship, the GOOD things in life.

VI. THE BLOOD COVENANT APPLIED (Heb.13:20‑21):

A. This Covenant is EVERLASTING (never ending, forever, cannot be broken by God).
1. Will make you PERFECT (complete, mature).
2. Will provide YOU with EVERY GOOD THING that you need to put you over on this earth.
3. YOU are an open epistle (2 Cor.3:2‑3).
4. YOU are an ABLE minister of the Gospel (2 Cor.3:6).
5. Sin WILL NOT LORD IT OVER YOU (Rom.6:14).
6. YOU have ALL THINGS in the Blood Covenant of Jesus Christ (2 Pet.1:3). You have the Divine Nature of God.

B. This Covenant will cause you to look HEAVENWARD.
1. Lift up your heads (Lk.21:28).
2. YOUR Redemption draws nigh.
a. Healing and Health
b. Eternal Life
c. Prosperity
d. Freedom from fear
e. Deliverance from nasty habits such as excessive drinking, smoking, foul language, gossip, over‑eating.
3. Look unto Him (Ps.34:5).
4. Lift up your eyes (Ps.121:1, 123:1, Isa.40:26).

C. This Covenant will give YOU Rest (Heb.4). REST means:
1. Reposing down
2. To lie at rest
3. To rely on
4. To place trust in
5. Peace of mind
6. Freedom from worry or troubles
7. Good composure, at peace
8. To settle down
9. To colonize (live peaceably in a group)
10. Desist (stop or abstain from your actions)
11. Cease from YOUR works
12. Peace, ease, and refreshment
13. Relief from anything distressing, annoying, tiring
14. Mental and emotional CALM
15. Tranquility
16. State of being still
17. Resting or stopping place 18. Shelter and lodging place
19. To be DEAD TO SIN and SELF and ALIVE IN JESUS
20. FREE from CARE (Mk.4:19, 1 Pet.5:7)

D. This Covenant gives you Power, Authority, and Ability to:

1. Run through a troop of demons (Ps.18:29).
2. Leap over a wall of imps (Ps.18:29).
3. Chase 1000 devils out of town (Deut.32:30).
4. Two Covenant members can chase 10,000 devils out of your city (Deut.32:30).
5. No ONE can stand before a Covenant member without great respect for him/her (Deut.11:25).
6. Your enemies SHALL FLEE before you SEVEN ways (Deut.28:7).
7. You have been restored into the fellowship of Jesus Christ with RESTORED Righteousness, liberty, freedom, inheritance, and indwelt by God's Holy Spirit.

8. You can stand in the Father's Presence without the sense of Guilt, shame, condemnation, or inferiority. YOU are NOW God‑conscious, Victor conscious, Faith conscious, and LOVE conscious.
9. Locked up in YOU (the inner man) is the ability of God (1 Pet.3:4). YOU now have faith in your own faith. Jesus Christ is your Ability, Wisdom, Love, Righteousness, Sanctification, and Redemption (1 Cor.1:30).

VII. THE BLOOD COVENANT in MARRIAGE (Gen.2:18‑25, Mt.19:3‑9, Eccl.4:9‑12, Jer.34:18‑20, Heb.9:16‑17, 1 Cor.11:3‑12, 1 Tim.5:8, Gen.4:1, Eph.5:21‑33, Col.3:18‑19, 1 Pet.3:1‑6, 1 Tim.2:9‑15).

A. Covenant (union) between man and woman:

1. This union MUST BE between a man, woman, and God. A marriage between two men or two women is not recognized by God.
2. The covenant of a Christian marriage is made at the foot of the cross. A Life was laid down for all of us.
3. Marriage is a MERGER (single ownership), not a partnership (dual ownership).
4. This covenant is consummated by physical union which in turn brings forth fruit. Without union, there can be no fruit. Life that is not shared remains sterile and fruitless.

5. The Excellent (virtuous) Wife (Pr.31:10‑31):
a. Succeeds as a woman
b. The supreme achievement of an excellent wife is her "husband". Everything else she achieves is secondary! The heart of her husband trusts in her and he will have no lack. He may be the head, but the head is useless without the neck (lovely wife). A husband is SUCCESSFUL ONLY if he has the approval of his wife. A man may be successful in the world's eyes, but if he does not meet the approval of his wife, all else is vain and unimportant. A Husband is KNOWN by his wife!

6. The wife is the glory of the husband.
7. You really cannot tell what kind of Christian a man is until you meet his wife.
8. A husband is to protect and provide for his wife. She must feel secure. The husband must provide for every area of physical need in his wife's life. Provision must be made whether it be physical, emotional, cultural, financial, or spiritual.

9. Union means COMMITMENT to each other:
a. You will love each other.
b. Build each other up.
c. Accept each other.
d. Forgive one another.
e. Teach each other.
f. Encourage each other.
g. Stimulate one another.

B. You as husband and wife are HEIRS together (1 Pet.3:7):

1. You have merged together in receiving God's blessings and God's best.
2. Heirs of God's unmerited favor. You are favored as SPECIAL and PRECIOUS in the eyes of God in this union (covenant).

3. HUSBANDS, if YOU do not treat her like you should, your prayers will be hindered. The subject of this verse is "You husbands", not "you wives".
4. Husbands, if you will love that godly woman, she will do you good all the days of her life.

VIII. THE COVENANT DECISION is made by YOU!

A. FIRST, You must make a personal commitment to God.
1. This relationship must be pure and holy.
2. You must be sold out to Him without any reservations. Every thing you own, possess, or will own must be His forever! Trade in your old run down STUFF for His ROYALTY.

B. Next, You must make a personal commitment to your spouse and to your family. They deserve your very BEST!

C. Third, You must make a personal commitment to God's people (His local Church as well as the universal Church). You have entered into fellowship (KOINONIA) with God's people (the called out ones). You are now in union with His Body (Jn.10:30, 17:10). You have all things common.

D. ACCESS to God's RICHES for all ETERNITY:

1. You are His heaven‑born child.
2. You walk in His POWER, BLESSING, and FAVOR.
3. You have His NAME, NATURE, ABILITY, AUTHORITY, and His LOVE. You now agree to agree with His WORD. You agree to disagree with the devil. The devil says that you are a "failure" and "wimp", but God says YOU are strong and more than a conqueror. YOU CAN NOW DO ANYTHING THROUGH JESUS THE TESTATOR OF THE BLOOD COVENANT (Heb.9:16‑17).
4. Speak forth covenant "words" from NOW on.
5. YOU ARE OF GOD (1 Jn.4:4). You have been born of God. You are Now part Deity, part Divine, part God. You have overcome the STUPID one and the world. The devil has nothing in you. When he accuses you before the Covenant Father, the Covenant Son tells the Father that the STUPID one has lied again and that you are HOLY. Our Covenant Spirit (the Holy Ghost) comforts us and reveals to us the Father's Will (Covenant).

THE NEW BLOOD COVENANT

Adam and Eve received a Covenant of love
Because our Covenant Father is the God above
Who acted in mercy without hate thereof.
Down through the sands of time,
God looked for another man that would shine
As bright as the stars and that by design.

Abram was just such a man
In which the Covenant Father could expand
And at the same time this man would understand.
The Blood was shed and blessings proclaimed,
And at last Abram and Sarai had new names acclaimed
That would bring them descendents, fortune, and fame.

As time went on, soon it was apparent and decreed
That a New Blood Covenant would be needed to succeed;
Therefore, the Blood of Jesus did indeed intercede.
Today, our faithful prayers do prevail
Against the enemy who will forever be curtailed.
All hail to King Jesus Whose Blood cannot fail!

The New Blood Covenant gives us class and clout
And makes us a glory spout
Where the power comes out.
The New Blood Covenant makes us free indeed
And today, we are a special militant breed
That goes forth always to decree, lead, and succeed!

Some of my first thoughts and words are birthed from Isaiah 35. I believe they are for our generation today. As we all know, the Old Testament always pointed toward the Messiah and was a type or shadow of things to come. Most of us as Believers know something about the wilderness or dry places. So did Jesus. So did Moses. So did Elijah. So did John the Baptist. The following is my rendition and interpretation of Isaiah 35:

The hot desert and parched land that was once filled with barrenness shall rejoice and be filled with My joy one more time before My return. Blossoms shall break forth as rose buds and flourish abundantly. My Church has gone through some rather dry places, but is once again beginning to move forward with the healing and anointing of My Holy Spirit. My Church is a mighty, powerful force that is no longer sleeping or weak.

My Church of today is in revival and has begun to blossom abundantly. People are rejoicing with joy and loud singing as in the days of old. Excitement is in the air. My glory, healing, and splendor have descended upon the Church as wind upon the white snowy mountains of Lebanon. His Excellency (the Holy Spirit) has covered My children with His magnificence, glory, and majesty. As Mt. Carmel is fruitful and productive, so is My Church. As the Sharon Valley is fertile and prosperous, so is My Church. My people are no longer confused or barren, but are receiving My wonderful healing, glory, honor, and victory. My Children are now receiving the power, Excellency, and beauty that they so richly deserve through My redemptive love and healing.

Strengthen and fortify yourselves...for revival and healing have come into your midst. Weak and slack hands have changed into hands of strength and fruitful productivity. They are now anointed hands. Your beautiful feet are being firmly established. They carry the Gospel. No longer will you have feeble or stumbling knees. No longer will you stumble or fall. Your feet are planted on the solid Rock, Jesus Christ, The Righteous One from Nazareth.

We as the Church…have a mandate from God. Say to them that have fearful hearts and are always in a hurry, "Be strong and courageous; fear not. Behold, My God has come and wants to save you, heal you, love you, deliver you, and set you free. Heaven will be your eternal reward and joy will forever be your sweet companion."

As you move in My Healing, the eyes of the blind shall come seeing. Deaf ears shall be opened. The dumb shall sing glory to My Name. The lame men and women shall leap as happy deer in the morning meadows.

The desert and wilderness have been turned into an oasis of pure sparkling spring water that is bringing a time of refreshing and healing upon the whole earth. As the Surgeon General of the Universe continues to heal, nations will fall on their knees before Me and I will hear their cries. As time continues, whole cities will turn to Me. The parched land is no longer a desert, but has become a delightsome pool for those that are hot, weary, and thirsty. “Drink, My dear Children. Drink. You shall be filled.”

A large expressway has been constructed and it shall be called The Way of Holiness. The unclean shall not pass over it, but strangers, wayfaring men, and foolish individuals shall stagger and wander into this super highway and find rest for their souls because they have come face to face with the only True Holy Way and have chosen to follow Him.

No violent criminal or ravenous beast shall travel upon this super highway. However, the redeemed...ransomed ones...purchased ones shall walk, leap, and run on this exclusive “freeway” with power and energy.

And the ransomed...preserved ones of the LORD shall soon see Me face to face…and be in Heaven with Me forevermore. YOU will be singing new songs of joy with proclamation. Everlasting joy will be upon your heads. YOU shall richly gain all the fullness that Heaven contains. You will be happy and filled with gladness. Sorrow, grief, poverty, pain, and human suffering shall flee and vanish away to be no more. Today is your day of JUBILEE!

As Christians, we have the same authority and the same privilege of healing the sick that Jesus had when He walked on this earth! Thanks be to God!

Jesus had a Ministry of Evangelism and Healing: Luke 3:23, "Now Jesus himself was about thirty years old when he began his ministry." A large part of His three-year ministry consisted of evangelism and healing. Eventually, Jesus turned this ministry over to the Church when He gave us the Great Commission.

Luke 4:16-21 says that Isaiah had prophesied that Jesus' earthly ministry would consist of preaching the Good News, healing the sick, and releasing the oppressed. In this passage, Jesus announced His evangelism and healing ministry by quoting Isaiah's prophecy: "He went to Nazareth, where he had been brought up, and on the Sabbath day he went into the synagogue, as was His custom. And He stood up to read. The scroll of the prophet Isaiah was handed to him. Unrolling it, He found the place where it is written: "The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because He has anointed Me to preach the good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind, to release the oppressed, to proclaim the year of the Lord's favor." ... "Today this Scripture is fulfilled in your hearing.""

Luke 7:20-23 says that in Jesus' evangelism and healing ministry, He healed the blind, He healed the lame, He healed lepers, He healed the deaf, He raised the dead, and He preached the Good News: "When the men came to Jesus, they said, "John the Baptist sent us to you to ask, 'Are you the one who was to come, or should we expect someone else?'" At that very time Jesus cured many who had diseases, sicknesses and evil spirits, and gave sight to many who were blind. So he replied to the messengers, "Go back and report to John what you have seen and heard: The blind receive sight, the lame walk, those who have leprosy are cured, the deaf hear, the dead are raised, and the good news is preached to the poor.""

Jesus proved that He was the Messiah by demonstrating that His evangelism and healing ministry was a fulfillment of Old Testament prophecy (Luke 4:16-21 above).

In Acts 10:38, the apostle Peter described Jesus' evangelism and healing ministry by saying that He went around doing good and healing people: "God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and power, and how He went around doing good and healing all who were under the power of the devil, because God was with Him."

Luke 13:31-32 says that when Jesus was told that Herod wanted to kill Him, Jesus replied that nothing was going to stop Him from continuing His healing ministry: "At that time some Pharisees came to Jesus and said to Him, "Leave this place and go somewhere else. Herod wants to kill you." Jesus replied, "Go tell that fox, 'I will drive out demons and heal people today and tomorrow, and on the third day I will reach my goal.”

Notice how Jesus described His earthly ministry. He said that nothing would keep Him from casting out demons and healing the sick. Conclusion: Jesus had an evangelism and healing ministry before He went to the cross. Afterwards, He turned this ministry over to His Church!

Initially, Jesus trained twelve ordinary men to continue His evangelism and healing ministry. He sent them out on short missions’ trips to put into practice what they had been learning. Luke 9:1-2, 6, 10: "When Jesus had called the twelve together, he gave them power and authority to drive out all demons and to cure diseases, and He sent them out to preach the kingdom of God and to heal the sick. So they went out from village to village, preaching the gospel and healing people everywhere. When the apostles returned, they reported to Jesus what they had done."

On their short-term missions’ trips, the apostles preached the Gospel, healed the sick, and cast out demons. Jesus was preparing them to take over His evangelism and healing ministry. Notice in the passage above that the apostles healed the sick by the power of God. In the same way, we can heal the sick in Jesus' Name by the power of God.

In Luke 4:18, Jesus said that God had sent Him into the world to have an earthly ministry of preaching the Good News and healing the sick. In John 17:18-19 Jesus told His Father that He had sent the disciples into the world to do the same ministry that He had been sent to do. Then in John 20:21 Jesus told the disciples that He was sending them into the world to do the same ministry that He had been sent to do. Luke 4:18: "The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind"

John 17:18-19: "As you sent me into the world, I have sent them into the world."

John 20:21: "Again Jesus said, "Peace be with you! As the Father has sent me, I am sending you.""

Jesus said that He was sending the disciples out into the world to do the same ministry that He had been sent to do. The disciples were commissioned to preach the Good News, heal the sick, cast out demons, and train others to carry on this ministry. Jesus wanted His evangelism and healing ministry to continue until He returns, as the Great Commission declares.

In Matthew 28:18-20, Jesus gave the disciples "the Great Commission". Matthew 28:18-20: "Then Jesus came to them and said, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to Me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age."

Many Christians today are actively trying to fulfill this commission. However, there is an important detail that is often overlooked here. Jesus did not simply say that we should go out and witness to the lost and get them to say a sinner's prayer. Instead, Jesus specifically commanded us to go out and continue making new disciples…teaching them to carry on His evangelism and healing ministry until He returns!

Jesus said that as we go and make new disciples, we are to teach them to obey everything that the original disciples had been told to do…which includes going out and preaching the Good News of healing the sick, casting out demons, and training others to carry on this ministry. The original disciples lived a normal lifespan, yet Jesus said that He would be with us always, until the end of the age…to help us carry on His evangelism and healing ministry. Matthew 13:39, 40, 49, and 24:3 talks about "the end of the age" in reference to the return of Jesus.

In the Great Commission, Jesus said that He will always be with the Church…helping us to carry on His evangelism and healing ministry until He returns. Luke 10:1, 9, 17 says that after Jesus trained the apostles, He also sent out dozens of ordinary believers to take part in His evangelism and healing ministry. They preached the Good News, healed the sick, and cast out demons. "After this the Lord appointed seventy-two others and sent them two by two ahead of him to every town and place where he was about to go…He said, Heal the sick who are there and tell them, 'The kingdom of God is near you.' ... The seventy-two returned with joy and said, "Lord, even the demons submit to us in your name."" Jesus' evangelism and healing ministry was never meant to be just for the apostles!

Mark 16:15-18: "He said to them, "Go into all the world and preach the good news to all creation. Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned. And these signs will accompany those who believe: In my name they will drive out demons; they will speak in new tongues; they will pick up snakes with their hands; and when they drink deadly poison, it will not hurt them at all; they will place their hands on sick people and they will get well.""

Go into all the world. This is for today.
Preach the Good News. This is for today.
Those who believe and are baptized will be saved. This is for today.
Those who do not believe will be condemned. This is for today.
Signs will accompany those who believe. This is for today.

Since the above points are all for today, this must be also. If you begin obeying the Great Commission and believing for miracles then you can expect to begin having supernatural signs accompanying you.
Those who believe will cast out demons. This is also for today. There are many passages in the New Testament which teach us about casting out demons.

Those who believe can experience divine protection. This is for today.
Those who believe will heal the sick. This is also for today.
If you are a believer, then healing the sick is part of your "job description" as a New Testament disciple of Jesus Christ.
Conclusion: If you are a Christian, then the Great Commission applies to you!

The apostles interpreted the Great Commission to mean that Christians should preach the Gospel and set the captives free, just as Jesus did. This is why throughout the book of Acts we find numerous examples of the Gospel being preached, people being healed, spirits being cast out, and the power of the Holy Spirit being demonstrated.

The apostles and early Christians were continuing Jesus' evangelism and healing ministry until He returns, which is what Jesus commissioned the Church to do. Jesus has not returned yet, so we should be continuing His evangelism and healing ministry.

Some of the healings in the New Testament were done by ordinary disciples, demonstrating that the mission of the Church extends to all of Jesus' disciples…to include us.

For example, in Acts 6:2-5, 8:1, 4-5 the Bible says that Philip was not an apostle, but an ordinary Christian just like you and me. Yet Acts 8:6-7 says that Philip preached the Good News, healed the sick, and cast out demons, which means that He was continuing Jesus' evangelism and healing ministry in obedience to the Great Commission.

Acts 8:6-7: "When the crowds heard Philip and saw the miraculous signs he did, they all paid close attention to what he said. With shrieks, evil spirits came out of many, and many paralytics and cripples were healed." Evangelism, healing, and deliverance were never meant to be just for the apostles.

Acts 9:10-18 says that Ananias was not an apostle, but an ordinary Christian just like you and me, yet he healed the apostle Paul by the laying-on of hands. This means that God healed an apostle through a non-apostle! "In Damascus there was a disciple named Ananias. The Lord called to him in a vision, "Ananias!" "Yes, Lord," he answered. The Lord told him, "Go to the house of Judas on Straight Street and ask for a man from Tarsus named Saul…for he is praying."... Then Ananias went to the house and entered it. Placing his hands on Saul, he said, "Brother Saul, the Lord Jesus, who appeared to you on the road as you were coming here…has sent me so that you may see again and be filled with the Holy Spirit." Immediately, something like scales fell from Saul's eyes, and he could see again."

Healing the sick was never meant to be just for the apostles.

In Mark 9:38-40, the apostles were upset because they saw a man who was not an apostle doing miracles in Jesus' Name. Jesus told them not to stop anyone from doing miracles in His Name. Mark 9:38-40: "Teacher," said John, "we saw a man driving out demons in your name and we told him to stop, because he was not one of us." "Do not stop him," Jesus said. "No one who does a miracle in my name can in the next moment say anything bad about me, for whoever is not against us is for us."

Miracles, healings, and deliverances were never meant to be just for the apostles!

Mt.9:18 While He spoke these things unto them, behold, there came a certain ruler, and worshipped him, saying, My daughter is even now dead: but come and lay your hand upon her, and she shall live. Mat 9:19 And Jesus arose, and followed him, and so did His disciples. Mat 9:20 And, behold, a woman, which was diseased with an issue of blood twelve years, came behind Him, and touched the hem of His garment:

· A ruler among the Jews asks Jesus to heal his daughter. He is to be commended for coming to Jesus, but his faith pales in comparison to the centurion of Matthew 8. The ruler thinks it is essential that Jesus personally touch the little girl, while the centurion understood Jesus had the authority to heal with a word. Note that this man worshipped Him, and Jesus received this worship…which would have been blasphemous if Jesus had not Himself been God. In other instances in the New Testament where such worship is offered to a human (Acts 10:25-26) or to an angel (Revelation 22:8-9), it is always immediately refused.

Mat 9:21-22 For she said within herself, if I may but touch His garment, I shall be whole. But Jesus turned him about, and when He saw her, he said, Daughter, be of good comfort; thy faith has made you whole. And the woman was made whole from that hour.

A woman is healed by her faith and her touching of Jesus. Luke 8:43-48 gives a much fuller account of this miracle, but Matthew's account is enough to show the compassion of Jesus and the fact that His power was not "magical," but here, it was the power of God responding to the faith of those seeking Him.

Mat 9:23-26 And when Jesus came into the ruler's house, and saw the minstrels and the people making a noise, He said unto them, Give place: for the maid is not dead, but sleeps. And they laughed him to scorn. But when the people were put forth, He went in, and took her by the hand, and the maid arose. And the fame hereof went abroad into all that land.

Jesus, despite scorn, raises the little girl from the dead. The flute players and the noisy crowd were probably paid mourners, who, in the custom of the day, would offer a flamboyant and showy display of mourning, but for a price, not sincerely. Jesus endures the scorn (their movement from "mourning" to "scorning" belies their lack of sincerity) from the crowd and raises the little girl to life. Why did Jesus do this? Jesus…in a simple act of mercy and compassion to the grieving father…healed the little girl. Jesus hated death and its cause, and enjoyed the opportunity to hand death a small "defeat" before He would defeat it altogether at the cross and the empty tomb.

Mat 9:27-31 And when Jesus departed thence, two blind men followed him, crying, and saying, Thou Son of David, have mercy on us. And when he was come into the house, the blind men came to him: and Jesus said unto them, Believe ye that I am able to do this? They said unto him, Yea, Lord. Then touched he their eyes, saying, According to your faith be it unto you. And their eyes were opened; and Jesus straightly charged them, saying, See that no man knows it. But they, when they were departed, spread abroad His fame in all that country.

Jesus heals two blind men. Jesus responds to their simple, yet powerful appeal. They asked God for the best thing they could: mercy. Again, we see Jesus healing them in response to their faith. Undoubtedly multitudes are not healed because they lack faith. Despite Jesus' warning, they couldn't resist telling others. We admire their excitement over the work of God. May the work of God be so amazing in our lives that we feel compelled to tell others!

Mat 9:32-36 As they went out, behold, they brought to him a dumb man possessed with a devil. And when the devil was cast out, the dumb spoke: and the multitudes marveled, saying, It was never so seen in Israel. But the Pharisees said, “He cast out devils through the prince of the devils.” And Jesus went about all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every sickness and every disease among the people. But when he saw the multitudes, he was moved with compassion on them, because they fainted, and were scattered abroad, as sheep having no shepherd.

Jesus' compassion on the multitudes: As Jesus encountered the depth of human need, He was moved with compassion for them. Jesus was not unfeeling or stoic in the face of people and their problems. "We are like sheep having no shepherd…which means that we are in a lot of trouble until we come under the care of the Good Shepherd!" Jesus saw the greatness of human need as also an opportunity, as a harvest which was plentiful…a harvest needing laborers. Today, we still have an opportunity to meet human needs. We still pray to the Lord of the harvest that He will send out laborers. Perhaps, it is I. Perhaps, it is you!

Jesus healed by no set formula because He was and is the Messiah…not some magician. Prayer helps prolong longevity. Many doctors agree! Studies show that religious belief plays a significant role in health, well-being, and longer life.

More and more doctors believe that (prayer) may work where prescriptions don't. A growing number of studies have found a link between longer and healthier life and religious belief. There's little doubt that healthy religious faith and practices can help people get better.

Recently, 5,000 Californians were surveyed who were church members and “pray-ers”. They had lower death rates than others...regardless of risk factors such as smoking, drinking, obesity and inactivity.People with religious commitments have fewer symptoms or better health outcomes in seven out of eight cancer studies, four out of five blood-pressure studies, four out of five heart-disease studies, and four out of five general-health studies. People with a strong religious commitment seem to be less prone to depression, suicide, alcoholism and other addictions.

Most experts believe that the religious element helps because it gives people social support, the ability to handle stress, and helps them relax...an aid in healing. Yet others believe that there is a more divine connection.

In another recent study, 400 heart patients at San Francisco General Hospital Medical Center were divided into two groups, with half being prayed for by Christians around the country. Those prayed for experienced fewer complications, fewer cases of pneumonia, and fewer cardiac arrests, less congestive heart failure and needed fewer antibiotics. Prayer is making “believers” out of agnostics! This is good!

In 1996 the American Academy of Family Physicians went on record and said they thought that religious beliefs could contribute to healing. Sixty-three percent said that God had intervened to improve their own medical conditions. Patients agree. Recent polls have shown that some 80 percent of Americans believe spiritual faith or prayer can help people recover from illness or injury...and more than 60% think doctors should talk more with patients about faith and with those who ask for it. The pendulum is swinging toward “prayer”.

Jesus Christ is the GREATEST Revolutionary who has ever lived on this earth. He wanted change. He wanted freedom for all mankind. He was radical. His teachings were astounding and absolutely life changing. He upset the religious sects. His radical views about “healing” and ideas about wholeness were indeed Truth, but the religious leaders could not handle the Truth or Him. Therefore, for them there was only one option. KILL HIM! This they did and said, "...His blood be on us, and on our children" (Mt. 27:25).

It is very important to know what Jesus said, "...the violent (energetic ones) take it (the Kingdom) by force (seize it)" (Mt.11:12).

God has already done everything that He is going to do for mankind.

He has protected man for 6000 years. He sent His only “Begotten Son” to earth to die for us. His Son Jesus paid the price for our sins and our healing. Jesus delivered us from the curse of the law. He set us FREE. We are NOW FREE indeed! When Jesus returned to His Father and sat down at His right Hand, His work was accomplished and FINISHED as far as our salvation (to include healing) is concerned.

Therefore, look in the mirror. YOU are “healed” by the stripes and wounds of Jesus. God is on your side. He is for YOU! He wants wholeness for you. Jesus brought about change in this world. He demonstrated this change by His actions, not mere words. Jesus confirmed His ideas of healing the sick, raising the dead, casting out devils, feeding the hungry, and opening blind eyes. Peter and John demonstrated this same power by the Holy Spirit (Acts 3:6). Paul also displayed this same power of the Spirit (1 Cor.2:4).

The word "demonstration" means: To show off, Exhibit, Accredit, Prove, Set forth, Make evident.

Now, you and I can go forth without fear, weakness, inferiority, guilt, condemnation, or lack, KNOWING that our Elder Brother is our Chief Example to follow. What He did, we can go forth and do today (Jn.14:12). The world is hungry for the power and Spirit of the Living God to be demonstrated in their presence. Healing the sick is what Jesus did. His ministry of healing is still “going on” today through His followers (you and me, His Church).

A few years ago in the state of New Jersey, I met a beautiful young couple who could not have children. They had tried to have children for over twelve years. We prayed over them and denounced the infertility and commanded healing over them. I prayed over them and felt impressed to tell them that they would have a child. Even though, the husband had had six doctors to tell him that he would NEVER have a child through his loins and his wife had been told by several doctors that she would NEVER produce a child in her womb. Nevertheless, over the next three years, THEY HAD A CHILD...not one, but two healthy children.

Tradition says that miracles and healings are over...that they do not happen today. We know better because we are still initiating, activating, and communicating miracles every day. God’s people are still praying. As long as we pursue healing with our prayers and command sickness to leave, we will continue to see miracles and healings. We do not have to conform to the world’s view of doubt and unbelief.

As we continue to talk healing, victory, health, prosperity, miracles, and deliverance, we will see God’s love in action. We must speak the oracles of God. We have more POWER locked up in us than we will ever need or use. As we go forth in courage, God will never fail us!

When people come to us for healing, we can point them to the Healer, Jesus Christ. We can lay our hands upon them and allow Jesus to use our hands as His healing agents (Ja.5:14-15). Jesus told us to lay hands on the sick and they would recover (Mk.16:18).

You and I were born for such a time as this. We are living in the best of times! Furthermore, the BEST is yet to come! You and I will live FOREVER with Jesus. We are in the powerful Army of God. As we pray and believe, we will see signs, miracles, and healings. We have become LIVING miracles ourselves. Our bodies contain 263 bones, 600 muscles, 970 miles of blood vessels, 400 taste buds… 20,000 hairs in our ears for sound, 10 million nerves and nerve endings, and 600 million air cells in our lungs. Our heart beats 4200 times per hour. The greatest miracle started with you...your physical birth...and then your spiritual birth. You are indeed a LIVING miracle!

We cannot go under for going over! Miracles and healings are all around us just wanting to spring forth. God has been waiting on us (you and me) to bring Heaven to earth. There is no disease or sickness in Heaven. We serve a compassionate God. How can we fail when we are obedient to Him?

Today, may our very words be filled with faith, healing, love, mercy, compassion, and God’s energy. May people come to you for answers and encouragement. May you speak forth the oracles of God. May miracles and healings happen all around you in the Name of Jesus. His ability is yours.

Signs will follow the Believer (Mk.16:17, 20). God wants the Church to live where miracles are as natural to us as breathing. Miracles and healings should be a part of the Church on a daily basis throughout the world. We are made in the image of God (Deity). We have His Spirit within us. We are a tri-part person…soul, spirit, and body. Miracles are as natural to God as breathing. They are supernatural to us because we still live in the natural realm, but we are learning to accept the supernatural. Miracles happen by supernatural means.

I believe that one of the secrets to Church Growth for the next decade will come as a direct result of the manifestation of healings and miracles in the Body of Jesus Christ. The world wants to see the power of Almighty God. The Church has gifted people. The Church has the resources. We have the power through the Holy Spirit. We have a fresh renewal and revival of healings within the Church. The Book of Acts is still going on. I believe that we are going to see healings and miracles on a much greater scale than before.

Why does God want us to be involved with healing the sick?
To confirm His Word (Will) and reveal His power.
To meet the needs of His people.
Identify with Jesus Who gave proof to Whom He was (Mt.11:4‑5; Jn.10:37‑38).
Is there enough power in our lives to prove who we are? Christian means "Christ like". To be Christ like is to have the power of God operating in our lives (Jn.14:12‑14).

I truly believe that if people knew that their needs would be met when they came to our churches across America, we could not keep them out of our churches. Most of our churches would be full if the NEEDS of the PEOPLE were met, regardless of what that need might be…healing, words of comfort, answered prayer, or a miracle. Remember Gideon? The Word says, “The sword of the Lord and of Gideon.”

Today, it is time for “The sword of the Lord and of the Church." Gideon performed his tasks honorably. Gideon is longer with us, but that same sword of the Lord is still going forth. We are the Church! We are the most powerful force on earth. We are a mighty Army that is marching across the land with the sword of the Spirit which is the WORD of God.

Healing and miracles should be a part of our nature. Praying for the sick and seeing people healed should not be the exception, but the norm for us. We need to see God as He is. We need to see ourselves as He sees us. We need to act on His word...and simply believe and receive His miracles and healings for the Church.

God has never called a single person on Planet Earth for over 6000 years to accomplish a mission unless He also equipped him or her with the power and resources to achieve it.

“He called his twelve disciples to him and gave them authority to drive out evil spirits and to heal every disease and sickness” (Mt.10:1). “Heal the sick who are there and tell them, ‘The kingdom of God is near you’” (Lk.10:9).

JESUS prayed to the FATHER in John 17 and said the following:
The hour has come for ME and YOU to be glorified.
This is eternal life...that they may know YOU and ME.
I have given them the WORDS that YOU gave to ME.
They have received them...and BELIEVED.
I pray for them...that they may be one…as WE are one.
FATHER…AS YOU HAVE SENT ME INTO THE WORLD, EVEN SO I ALSO HAVE SENT THEM INTO THE WORLD. That they also may be one in US.
The GLORY that YOU gave ME, I have given to them that WE all may be ONE.

JESUS would never tell us to do something that we could not do. He would never tell us to do something without sufficient resources to accomplish the mission. That would be non‑productive. Jesus does not waste HIS time talking for naught. HE MEANT WHAT HE SAID and SAID EXACTLY WHAT HE MEANT. "...the works that I do shall (YOU) do also...and greater works than these shall (YOU) do; because I go to MY FATHER" (Jn.14).

God sent HIS WORD. "HOW GOD ANOINTED JESUS OF NAZARETH WITH THE HOLY GHOST and WITH POWER: WHO WENT ABOUT DOING GOOD, and HEALING ALL THAT WERE OPPRESSED of the devil; FOR GOD WAS WITH HIM" (Acts 10:38).

God is with us today!

First things first...Let me tell YOU something about me. I have lived in 15 States in this Union and three foreign countries. I have had over 32 different jobs or vocations in my lifetime. I have come close to death at least a dozen times. The devil tried to kill me almost from the outset, but I had a praying mother. As a child, my sister dropped me in the fireplace when I was just a baby. I was burned severely and almost died. I have been in 10 vehicle accidents during my lifetime. I have been in several airplanes that have almost crashed. Without God, I would not be here. But with HIM, I have learned that ALL things are possible. God wanted to do BIG things in my life and He has.

Living for God is fun! That’s right. It’s fun! Did YOU know that from the foundation of the world (Mt. 25:34)...God designed this whole world with YOU and me in mind? That’s right.

What about healing, health, prosperity? What about the oracles of God? It is far more than just saying the right thing. The WORD says, "FOR THE KINGDOM OF GOD IS NOT IN WORD, BUT IN POWER" (1 Cor.4:20).

Many Christians talk a good show, but they do not have enough POWER to blow their nose in the Kingdom of God! Are they saved? YES. Are they on their way to heaven? YES. What is wrong? They do not understand the Power of the Living God. THEY DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE RESURRECTION POWER OF THE LORD JESUS CHRIST. JESUS HAS ALREADY GIVEN US THE RESURRECTION POWER…THE SAME POWER THAT BROUGHT HIM FROM THE GRAVE…THAT POWER PERMEATES EVERY FIBER OF YOUR BODY, SOUL, and SPIRIT.

There's POWER in the NAME of JESUS. Jesus said, "Behold I give unto YOU POWER (authority) to tread on serpents and scorpions…and OVER ALL THE power of the enemy…and NOTHING SHALL BY ANY MEANS HURT YOU" (Lk.10:19).

What is a Miracle? I can tell you from experience; it is something wonderful, supernatural. It is an event that apparently contradicts known scientific laws (an act of God); a remarkable event. "...No man can do these miracles... except God be with him" (Jn.3:2).

The world has never seen God’s power like it is going to see during this generation of Believers. God is going to heal the sick as never before.

How do we use the power of God? Recognize the Source: "...He gave them (12 disciples) power against unclean spirits...(power) to heal ALL manner of sickness...ALL manner of disease... " (Mt.10:1).

Jesus gave them POWER. Where did HE get it? Did He do this as GOD or as man filled with the Holy Spirit? Was Jesus under the Old Covenant or the New Covenant when HE walked this earth? TODAY, WE HAVE A FAR GREATER COVENANT THAN WHEN JESUS WAS ON THIS EARTH IN THE FLESH.

Did YOU know that YOU have the same power as Jesus? As a man (filled with the Holy Spirit), He imparted this POWER of God to others...and then they went out and did what He was doing...healing the sick, casting out devils, raising the dead...

Use the Power Source: "And as YOU go, preach, saying The Kingdom of Heaven is at hand. (YOU) HEAL THE SICK, CLEANSE THE LEPERS, RAISE THE DEAD, CAST OUT DEVILS: freely YOU have received, freely give" (Mt.10:7‑8).

Did JESUS heal ALL manner of sickness and disease? Did HE cast out devils? Did HE raise the dead? Were the blind made to see? Were deaf ears opened? Were people delivered from bondage? Were financial needs met? Did He turn the water into wine?

Whatever we bind (disallow) on earth is bound (disallowed) in Heaven. Whatever we loose (allow) on earth is loosed (allowed) in Heaven (Mt.16:19, 18:18). We can bind it or we can loose it. This is all accomplished of course through the Name of Jesus. Our Executive Orders are signed by Him. Our Divine Assignment is carried out through His Power in us and by the legal use of His Name.

Men and women desire to live in the realm of the miraculous. Adam did. Eve did. Jesus did. We want to live in the Supernatural arena. Why? We were created just a shade lower than God (Ps.8). We will judge the angels. We will rule and reign with our elder Brother Jesus forever. Man was born to rule and dominate. We were not made to be dominated. We are royalty. We are not only servants to God, but also His sons. We are a royal priesthood. We are peculiar (purchased possession by the blood of Jesus Christ). We are peculiar since we are the most powerful dynamic FORCE infused with the ABILITY of God since Jesus walked this earth 2000 years ago.

As the Church goes, so goes the world. The world is no longer laughing at the Church. They are no longer mocking the Church. Through the Name of Jesus, we can do all things.

JESUS WAS ALL GOD AND ALL MAN, BUT EVERY THING HE DID ON EARTH HE DID AS A MAN (Phil.2:7). The "kenosis" of Christ: He emptied Himself of equality with God, His God‑body, His immortality, His authority in heaven and earth (Mt.28:18, Lk.2:40, Jn.17:5, Eph.1:20‑23, Col.1:15‑18), and His Divine attributes to do miracles until He received the Holy Spirit in all fullness (Jn.2:11, 3:34, Isa.11:1‑2, Lk.3:21‑22, 4:16‑21, Mt.12:28, ACTS 10:38). Jesus was God's Man using the Holy Spirit and the Power of Attorney of God.

Mt.8:1‑4...the leper CLEANSED
Mt.8:5‑13...the centurion’s (soldier's) sick servant
Mt.8:14‑17...Peter's mother‑in‑law healed.
Mt.8:24‑27...He controlled the elements.
Mt.8:28‑34...He cast out devils (Mk.5:1‑17).
Mt.9:1‑8...He healed and forgave sins (Mk.2:1‑12).

JESUS PROMISED US POWER (Acts 1:8): Power means: (1) Potent (powerful) (2) Possession of control & authority (3) Influence (4) Ability to produce an effect (5) Legal right (6) Energy (7) EXPLOSIVE FORCE.

YOU are a child of the Living God. YOU are NOW in the Family of God. YOU cannot LOSE. YOU CAN ONLY WIN. YOU NOW LIVE IN THE REALM OF THE SUPERNATURAL. YOU and JESUS are ONE. YOU move and walk together in unity. All things are possible to YOU. Your citizenship is in heaven. God is on YOUR side. God is FOR YOU. He is YOUR DEFENSE. You are His representative here on earth. You are an Ambassador empowered with the ability of God. YOU represent the Commander‑in‑ Chief of the Universe. DARE TO DO EXPLOITS (Dan.11:32)!

DO YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE? THE WORD SAYS THAT:

A. Your tongue is the pen of a ready writer (Ps.45:1).
B. You have the tongue of the learned and would know how to speak (Isa.50:4).
C. YOU are a "flaming fire" (Ps.104:4, Heb.1:7).
D. YOU HAVE BEAUTIFUL FEET (Rom.10:15, Isa.52:7).
E. YOU have the mind of Christ (1 Cor.2:16, Phil.2:5).
F. YOU are more than a conqueror (Rom.8:37).
G. YOU are complete in HIM (Col.2:10).
H. YOU are the salt of the earth (Mt.5:13).
I. YOU are the light of the world (Mt.5:14).
J. YOU are the righteousness of God (2 Cor.5:21).
K. YOU are BOLD AS A LION (Prov.28:1).
L. YOU speak the very oracles (WORD) of God (1 Pet.4:11).
M. YOU are body of His Body, flesh of His Flesh, bone of His Bone, YOU have His blood applied to your life, and YOU are filled with His Spirit (Eph.5:30, 18).

Let us examine the life of David in 1 Sam.17 against ALL natural odds. In the natural realm, he was fish bait for the giant, Goliath. Goliath was 13 feet, 4 in. tall. His armor weighed 318 pounds. His spearhead alone weighed 23 lbs. Without God, David was doomed for sure, but David knew his God.

First, David said it. David told the giant what he was going to do to him. "I'm going to cut your head off, boy" (V.46). We need to talk to the enemy sometimes and tell him what we are going to do to him!

Second, he acted on his faith (V.49). He told the giant what he was going to do to him and THEN DID IT.

David RECEIVED the VICTORY (V.50‑51).

David took the giant's head to Jerusalem as a testimony of VICTORY (V.54).

The world wants to see miracles, healings, people delivered from sin and satan. The POWER and FIRE of God will bring the world to the church. Remember the man that was over 40 years old that was lame from his birth (Acts 3 & 4)? Peter and John healed him. This one miracle brought 5000 people to repentance. In Acts 8, there was GREAT JOY in Samaria. WHY? Was it because Christians were out knocking on doors? Was it because some Gospel sing was going on? Was it because of some eloquent speaker in the Church? NO! It was because of the miracles, healings, signs, deliverances that Philip did.

Miracles and healings are a sign to the unbeliever. The world wants to see miracles. When they do, their hearts melt and the Spirit of the Living God moves in and they go from an unbeliever to a BELIEVER very quickly.

DID JESUS GO OUT KNOCKING ON DOORS TO INVITE THE PEOPLE TO THE SYNAGOGUE? What was His style? He always had crowds around him. WHY? I will tell YOU why...one word "MIRACLES". Miracles and healings were part of His lifestyle. Jesus spent 2/3's OF HIS TIME HEALING THE SICK. One out of three verses relating to Christ's public ministry deal with HEALINGS and MIRACLES. 58 References of HEALINGS are found in the Gospels and the Book of Acts.

BELIEVE and ACT: Passive faith accomplishes little or nothing. Action faith brings miracles. God watches over His Word to perform it (Jer.1:12). God has promised to prosper anything that YOU DO (Ps. 1:3). But YOU MUST DO SOMETHING. YOU MOVE...and GOD MOVES.

Healing Power IS IN YOU and YOU need to get it out of YOU and onto the sick, the diseased, the oppressed, and the crippled. THE ANOINTING THAT IS ON YOU HAS TO FLOW FROM YOU TO THEM. FAITH MUST BE PRESENT TO SEE MIRACLES or HEALINGS. There is no other way. The world needs to see miracles, but unless we are involved, they will not be done.

YOU AND I ARE THE HEALING AGENTS and MIRACLE WORKERS OF GOD ALMIGHTY!

Speak to the mountain (Mk.11:23). That mountain may be cancer, AIDS, heart disease, alcoholism, smoking, drug addiction, poverty, or any other problem. SPEAK TO IT. That mountain will have to go in the Name of Jesus (Mt.17:20). Jesus spoke to the fig tree and cursed it. It dried up at the ROOTS (Mk.11:20). That cancer will dry up at the roots. That heart will become a brand new heart filled with the compassion of God. Through Christ, the AIDS victim can be a robust specimen of vibrant and vigorous health…live and NOT die! PRAISE be to our Lord JESUS!

I personally believe that a child of God does not have to die sick. OUR SICKNESSES WERE BORNE BY JESUS. WE need NOT BEAR THEM.

God has always had a People...an anointed People. Today, He has His Church. We are His anointed. We will subdue kingdoms, quench violence, be made strong, fight valiantly, turn the armies of lucifer the LOSER so that they run like a bunch of scared cowards (Heb. 11:33‑34).

Miracles, signs, and wonders are all around us just waiting to happen. We are the anointed ones that can bring healing into existence. We can indeed bring heaven to earth. You and I were born to bring miracles and healings to this human race. Without us, this divine assignment will not be done. The word says, "...before (you) call, I will answer; and while (you) are yet speaking, I will hear" (Isa.65:24).

Decree a thing and it shall be established" (Job 28:22). "I will hasten MY WORD to perform it" (Jer. 1:12). "The eyes of the blind shall be opened; the ears of the deaf shall be unstopped. Then shall the lame man leap as a hart, and the tongue of the dumb shall SING" (Isa.35:5‑6). "...Whatsoever HE says unto YOU, DO IT" (Jn.2:5). ALL YOU NEED NOW TO BRING ABOUT Miracles and Healings is simple: "Just DO IT."

Jesus said in Mark 16:18 that those who believe in Him will lay hands on the sick and the sick will recover…and in the entire New Testament this promise was never canceled. Jesus said in John 14:12 that those who have faith in Him will do the same miracles He did…and in the entire New Testament this promise was never canceled.

Jesus said in Mark 16:17 that signs and wonders should follow believers as we obey the Great Commission…and in the entire New Testament this promise was never canceled. In the New Testament we see average, ordinary Christians operating in the gifts of the Spirit and demonstrating signs and wonders, just as Jesus promised.

All of these promises are still in effect! We simply have to believe Jesus and then step out in faith…just as Peter stepped out of the boat in faith and walked on water (Matthew 14:29).

Many Christians have the impression that the apostles were the only ones who healed the sick or who performed miracles or who had certain gifts of the Spirit or who wrote New Testament Scripture. None of this is true. There are many times more average, ordinary Christians in the New Testament who healed the sick than there are apostles who healed the sick.

Many average, ordinary Christians in the New Testament operated in the gifts of the Spirit. The gifts of the Spirit which were not exclusive to the apostles.

You can easily verify these things for yourself by reading the New Testament because Divine Healing is still valid for us today. It is part of the evangelism and healing ministry which Jesus began while He was on the earth and which He turned over to the Church in the Great Commission. It is part of our "job description" as New Testament disciples of Jesus Christ.

In all of the examples of healing that God has provided in the Gospels and the book of Acts, please notice: There is not a single case where anyone who wanted divine healing did not receive it. There is not a single case where a person was told that his sickness was for the purpose of building character or patience in him. There is not a single case where a sickness was called a "blessing." There is not a single case where a sickness was left unhealed for the glory of God (this includes Lazarus…Jesus resurrected him back to life and health).

There is not a single case where God used a sickness…to bring one of His children Home to heaven. There is not a single case where a person was told that it was not God's will for him to be healed. There is not a single place in the entire New Testament which says that there is an "Age of Miracles" which will end before the end of the Church Age. There is not a single place in the entire New Testament which says that healing or miracles of the Holy Spirit will "die out" before the end of the Church Age. Isn't it strange that none of these things appear in the Bible, yet some of these views are taught in a number of churches today?

Notice what Jesus did: He healed them all (Matthew 4:23-24).
He healed them all (Matthew 8:16). He healed them all (Matthew 9:35).
He healed them all (Matthew 12:15). He healed them all (Matthew 14:14).
He healed them all (Matthew 14:35-36). He healed them all (Matthew 15:30).
He healed them all (Matthew 19:2). He healed them all (Matthew 21:14).
He healed them all (Luke 6:18-19). He healed them all (Luke 9:11).
He healed them all (Acts 10:38). He told us to do the same miracles that He did (John 14:11-15). He told us to heal the sick (Mark 16:15-18).

Jesus demonstrated that healing and health are God's will for everyone. In fact, every time Jesus commissioned people to preach the Good News of the Kingdom, He also commissioned them to heal the sick and cast out demons…Every single time! When Jesus sent the Twelve out on their first missionary journey, He commanded them to cast out demons and to heal all the sick (Luke 9:1-6).

When Jesus sent out the 72 ordinary believers to preach the Good News of the Kingdom, He gave them power and authority to cast out demons and to heal all the sick (Luke 10:1, 9, 17-19).

When Jesus gave us the Great Commission, He commanded us to preach the Good News, to cast out demons, and to heal all the sick (Mark 16:15-18). Not once did Jesus ever place any conditions on who was to be healed and who was not to be healed. Healing is for everyone, both then and now, as the Great Commission demonstrates.

Have you ever received a prayer request (perhaps by e-mail) for someone who was sick or injured? Did you pray for God to heal the person? If so, then you believe that God can heal, right? Well, if we believe that God can heal, then why is it so difficult to believe that someone might be healed right in front of our eyes?

After all, most of the healings recorded in the New Testament happened instantaneously! There is no example in Scripture of Jesus going away and praying privately for a sick person at a more convenient time. Instead, He healed the sick right then and there, usually by laying hands on them and speaking a command. Jesus is our Example! If Jesus was more effective in healing by touching people, then we will be more effective by touching people as well. Jesus said that anyone who has faith in Him will do the same miracles that He did (John 14:11-14). He is our example!

Remember, over 20% of the Gospel is about the healing ministry of Jesus Christ. Jesus taught his disciples how to pray and heal. He sent them to carry on his work. Jesus still wants His followers to pray for the sick. The healing ministry of Jesus is one of the most acknowledged and most controversial parts of His redemptive work. There are those who see healing as being "in the cross" and thus automatically and instantly available to the believer. Others see physical healing as outside redemption.

Even among unbelievers there is a general perception of Jesus as a healer of the sick. It is closely entwined with who He is and how He acts towards needy people. People see Jesus as someone who is supposed to meet their deepest needs including the need for physical healing. When people see healing take place in Jesus' name, it strengthens their faith in His nature and in the gospels thus enabling many to believe for salvation.

Healing the sick and preaching were often associated in Jesus' ministry. Christ has such compassion for the sick…the needy …the poor…the widows! His healing ministry was and is genuine. Jesus was truly moved out of compassion for the sick. For Him healing was an essential part of His ministry to hurting people and not merely an "opener" before the message. Jesus associated healing with the Presence of His Kingdom (Luke 10:9). Thus we can expect His healing ministry to be manifested today to some degree in the redemption of our physical bodies from the effects of evil. This will be finally accomplished at the resurrection but is accomplished in part and as a foretaste through His healing ministry today.

Therefore, we see that Jesus is still the same yesterday, today and forever and is still healing the sick. Each day thousands of people around the world experience healing in answer to prayer. Sometimes, not all are healed, but the Church is reawakening to the Presence of Jesus in our midst as our healing Redeemer.
As the incarnation of God, one of the names of God is YHWH…Rapha "The Lord Your Healer". Our God has always been a healing God and this is His nature. Therefore Jesus as incarnate deity represented this by healing the sick (Exodus 15:26 NKJV) and said, "If you diligently heed the voice of the LORD your God and do what is right in His sight, give ear to His commandments and keep all His statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you which I have brought on the Egyptians…For I am the LORD who heals you.”

As an intercessor against evil and bearer of sin, Jesus confronted all forms of evil and lifted it off people. As the confronter and demolisher of evil, He took on sickness and the toll it takes on suffering humanity (1 John 3:8 NKJV). He who sins is of the devil, for the devil has sinned from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil.

As One who did "the Father's will" and only did what He saw the Father doing, Christ enacted God's "Father-heart" toward His Creation. If as human fathers we want our children healed and well, how much more does God want His children healed…both physically and spiritually (John 5:19-21 NKJV)? Then Jesus answered and said to them, "Most assuredly, I say to you, the Son can do nothing of Himself, but what He sees the Father do; for whatever He does, the Son also does in like manner.”

We know the Fathers will is to heal! Out of mercy, many of Jesus' miracles flowed from His compassion for hurting humanity. He demonstrated the Spirit's power and the Presence of the Kingdom of God by healing…(Luke 10:9 NKJV) "And heal the sick there, and say to them, 'The kingdom of God has come near to you.'”

Exorcism: (Matthew 12:22-29 NKJV) Then one was brought to Him who was demon possessed, blind and mute; and He healed him, so that the blind and mute man both spoke and saw. And all the multitudes were amazed and said, "Could this be the Son of David?"

There is increasing recognition today of an evil spiritual kingdom arrayed against the Kingdom of God. Movies such as "The Exorcist" and "The Omen" and sensationalized reports of exorcisms gone wrong have done little to help the Church. They have instead created a paralyzing fear of tackling the demonic realm. Yet for Jesus His authority over the demonic realm was undisputed and absolute. He cast out demons with a word (Matthew 8:16, Mark 1:27) and relieved the symptoms of their possession (Luke 13:11-13). He also passed this authority on to the Twelve and later to the 72.

Then the seventy returned with joy, saying, "Lord, even the demons are subject to us in Your name." And He said to them, "I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven. "Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you. "Nevertheless do not rejoice in this, that the spirits are subject to you, but rather rejoice because your names are written in heaven." In that hour Jesus rejoiced in the Spirit and said, "I thank You, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that You have hidden these things from the wise and prudent and revealed them to babes. Even so, Father, for so it seemed good in Your sight. "All things have been delivered to Me by My Father, and no one knows who the Son is except the Father, and who the Father is except the Son, and the one to whom the Son wills to reveal Him" (Luke 10:17-22 NKJV).

This puts things in perspective. It basically says that we have authority over spirits. It clearly states that even "babes" (ordinary Christians)…who are neither "wise" or "prudent" can operate in spiritual power and authority providing they operate within the scope of Jesus’ redeeming Name. Demons do not respect knowledge. They do not respect God’s creation; however, they do respect authority and power. God gave His authority and power to all who believe and operate in His name. The humblest believer can be endowed with great authority from God. Even the apostles were "unschooled" miracle workers. (Acts 4:13, 14).

The power to deal with the demonic comes from God through faith in the name of Jesus and is part of His works that He trained His Church to do (Matt 10:8). The Presence of the Kingdom demands the absence of the demonic. Evicting evil powers is a battle of heavenly proportions that the Church is called to wage. Though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh. For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ” (2 Corinthians 10:3-5 NKJV).

“Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armor of God that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places” (Ephesians 6:10-12 NKJV). We cannot wage this battle in our own strength but only with weapons that are given to us from God and with His delegated power and authority. We only have a right to this authority because of what Jesus did on the cross in "spoiling", capturing and defeating and "looting" the "principalities and powers."

“And having disarmed the powers and authorities, He made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them by the cross” (Colossians 2:15). Everything that Christ did, we share in it. General Jesus won the victory for us. Even if we are mere privates, we participate in the victory of General Jesus. During war, when a wartime commander defeats another…even a private on the winning side has authority over the general in the losing army. Christ has won the battle for us and God has given us authority to defeat evil. Demons are afraid of The Blood of Jesus Christ. When Christians resist evil, even satan himself is forced to flee (James 4:7)

I dedicate this book "DIVINE DESTINY" to all Christians everywhere (past, present, and future) that have been snatched out of the fiery, burning inferno only by the grace and mercy of our Father God, His Son Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit. Many of YOU have inspired me to serve the Lord with an even greater determination, boldness, zeal, violence, force, love and revolutionary effort. To you I say, "THANKS".

INTRODUCTION

You are on a life’s journey heading for your “Divine Destiny” with General Jesus. God’s destiny for you is Planet Heaven. God’s desire for you and everyone is to go to Heaven; however, not all people will be going there because they do not believe in Jesus Christ. As a Christian, hell has NOTHING for you! The enemy has absolutely nothing on you. The world has nothing to offer you that would ever change your mind or hinder your Destiny! The train has left the station heading for Planet Heaven and you are on it. This train will be picking up more people at different stops. Please do not get off this train and get separated from the “bunch”. If you do, you will put yourself in a precarious position…somewhat like the banana. When the banana leaves the bunch, it is placed in a good position to get skinned. Need I say more?

As a Believer, your Divine Destiny is Heaven; however, for the sinner…His destiny is hell…which means pain, torment, fire, and agony forever and ever.

I thank God that hell has no part in you as a Christian. And I know that you want NOTHING in hell! YOU know the Lord Jesus and you know His Word. YOU are now a lover of Christ and a Combat Christian on your way to heaven. YOU are a GIVER and not a taker!

In my prayers, I thank God for Christians everywhere and for my own Christian heritage. YOU have tremendous POSSIBILITIES and mega‑potential in God's Army. You and I are heaven bound on this train…called The Gospel Train to Glory!

Many of you, who have read my books in the past, know by now that this book "DIVINE DESTINY" is not for just anyone. It may offend a lot of religious traditionalists, wimps, and Christian cowards. If this book offends you and keeps you out of hell, then it will have served its purpose! Jesus offended many. The disciples offended many. The WORD still offends people today, especially when you talk about Jesus.

All Christians today are on a journey called “DIVINE DESTINY”. God has given us a mission to accomplish in His Kingdom. We need to get back to basics and realize that we have been commissioned to win the lost at any cost. WHY? Because a HOT and fiery HELL awaits anyone who has not confessed Jesus as Lord. A sinner (unbeliever) will spend all eternity in a dark, lonely, tormenting, and burning hell. We need to get off our seats into the streets (so to speak) and relay the full Gospel and NOT just part of the Gospel. As sure as there is a Heaven, there is a hell. One of our Divine Assignments is to tell people about Christ. We do this as we are led by the Holy Spirit.

Someone once asked, "What in hell do you WANT? What is in hell to make anyone go there?"

There is nothing down there for any EARTHLING to want or desire. Hell is eternal (Heb.6:2). Hell has torment (Rev.14:9‑11). Hell is hot (Mt.3:10‑12). All of its inhabitants will eventually be cast into the burning Lake of Fire to be tormented forever and ever (Rev. 19:20, 20:10‑15, 21:8). Why would anyone CHOOSE HELL over HEAVEN? There is nothing in hell that any person in his right mind would want or desire.

Heaven has it ALL. Hell has nothing to offer, but MISERY and PAIN. What could anyone possibly WANT in hell? Hell is an awful place! Originally, it was NOT prepared for man, but for the devil and his thugs (Mt.25:41). Originally, God did not have hell in mind for His human creations (mankind). However, God is a God of justice and equity. If the devils go to hell for their sins, God must use the same measuring stick and law for man as well. Therefore, men and women (who have not proclaimed Jesus Christ as their Lord) will also share eternity in hell with satan and his thugs. Period!

Moreover, hell is currently the abode of evil spirits, demons, and wicked souls (the ones who have rejected Jesus Christ as Lord of their lives). Hell is a fiery inferno and a place of torment and punishment. It is a place of darkness (Mt.8:12, 22:13, 25:30, 2 Pet.2:17). Likewise, hell is a place of loneliness, isolation, and pain.

All a person needs to say is "YES" to God…accept Him and His Son Jesus Christ and he will then be on the Gospel train to Glory…and this train only stops at Planet Heaven. Welcome Aboard!

One of our Divine Assignments while we are on this journey called Divine Destiny is to WARN the sinner of a burning hell. Hell will be a place of torment and total darkness. HELL and DESTRUCTION are never full; so the eyes of man are NEVER SATISFIED. What could anyone WANT down there?

"THE WICKED shall be TURNED back (HEADLONG into PREMATURE DEATH) into HELL (the PLACE of the DEPARTED SPIRITS of the WICKED); even all NATIONS that FORGET or are FORGETFUL of GOD" (AMP. Ps.9:17).

SIN will not require very much of a person in the BEGINNING, but in the end, it will TAKE EVERYTHING...including the individual's SOUL. Indeed, sin will take YOU further than YOU want to GO...keep YOU longer than YOU want to STAY...charge YOU more than YOU WANT to PAY! The PRICE of sin still remains HIGH...eternal death!

Potiphar left ALL that he had in Joseph's charge. Joseph was an attractive, handsome, and fine looking person. Eventually, Potiphar’s wife cast her eyes upon Joseph. She said, "LIE with ME. Go to bed with me. I want you, Joseph. You turn me on. I'm going to get you!"

Joseph said, "NO."

Joseph refused and said, "My master, your husband, has put ALL that he has into my care. He has kept back nothing from me except you, his wife. HOW can I do this GREAT EVIL and SIN AGAINST my earthly master and my Heavenly GOD?"

She spoke to Joseph day after day, but he would NOT. Finally, one day she caught him by his garment and said, "Lie with me...Go to bed with me. No one will ever know. Joseph, I can't live without you."

But HE LEFT his GARMENT and FLED (Gen.39:6‑12). Joseph then had to pay the price for his integrity. Integrity will ALWAYS cost you something! It cost Joseph several years in prison because he had decided that he wanted nothing in hell!

People are dying and going to hell. What do they WANT down there? "HELL HAS ENLARGED itself and OPENED its MOUTH WITHOUT MEASURE..." (Isa.5:14).

In this book, you will learn some important facts about our Divine Assignments while on our journey to our "Divine Destiny". You will also learn how to become a better dynamic SOLDIER in the Lord's Army. As I said in another book…"You will learn how to crush the kingdom of darkness.”

"You will learn how to become the aggressor. All demon forces will fear YOU. God's angels will assist you. You will become a terror and a threat to satan and all of his diabolical kingdom. The little dastardly creatures of hell will scream, screech, shriek, and be tormented when you speak in that wonderful Name of Jesus. I believe that satan will one day curse the day he was created!"

Satan is the DISEASE and YOU are the CURE! No one has to go to hell unless he chooses to go there. Hell is a CHOICE. Heaven is a CHOICE. Man has a CHOICE. He can choose life (eternal life) and live forever with Jesus in the Kingdom of Heaven or he can choose death (eternal death) and be a hothead for the rest of eternity in the Lake of Fire. Hell and the Lake of Fire are REAL physical places. And they are final destinations for people who do not know Christ.

This important book will teach YOU how to confront the enemy and all of his imps. Satan is totally defeated without any power because Jesus stripped him of ALL his authority 2000 years ago and rubbed his nose in the fiery furnace of hell!

YOU are on a DIVINE DESTINY. When you received Jesus into your life, He began to give you your MARCHING ORDERS. Combat warfare is NOT an option. Joel said to declare war. Paul said that we are in spiritual WARFARE. Jesus came to bring a Sword. COMPLETE victory and successful kingdom living are already yours! Accept your Divine DESTINY and tell others about your Commander‑in‑Chief, General JESUS! Since the Holy Spirit is with you, in you, and through you, you can accomplish your mission.

Jesus paid the price for our freedom and satisfied the claims of justice for all mankind. He went to hell and suffered in every way that you and I should suffer (including the flames of hell). Therefore, we are indeed FREE!

The enemy could not keep Jesus in hell. Today, no devil can send anyone to hell against his will. The FULL price has already been paid by our Lord JESUS! We are FREE INDEED!

WHAT IN HELL could anyone WANT? There is nothing down there for man. As Believers, we need to tell others to make heaven their CHOICE. Jesus is the only answer. We need to get REAL...Jesus has already paid the bill. Now, it is up to you and me to accept His appeal! The Holy Ghost is the SEAL.

Hell is full of demons, the devil, disease, sickness, poverty, potheads, homosexuals, adulterers, fornicators, murderers, liars, thieves, and the list goes on. So, why would anyone in their right MIND want anything in hell?

Equally important, the SIN PROBLEM has been rectified by JESUS, but we still have a SINNER PROBLEM. That is where you and I come in. The battle scene is raging! The enemy is throwing everything he has at us. The combat zone is hot! War has been declared. Guns are firing. Projectiles have filled the sky and airwaves. Dirt and smoke are everywhere! Enemy bombs are ineffective and constantly turning into duds because the Saints of God are on their knees praying and interceding.

Hence, our Divine Destiny and our Divine Assignment...if we choose to accept it...is to TELL the WORLD about JESUS and that hell no longer has any power over us unless we allow it.

FIRST WORDS

We all start out on this earthly journey the same way...naked from our mother's womb. Somewhere along the way, we make a choice to either follow Jesus or reject Him. No other human being on this earth makes this choice for us. Our fathers do not. Our mothers do not. Our spouses do not. We alone make this decision.

It does not matter if you live in Africa, South America, Asia, Europe, in a cave, in a tree, or under a rock. Every single individual on this planet makes this choice. You are born with the knowledge of a Supreme Being. The Word says that you clearly see and understand right from wrong and are without excuse (Rom.1:18‑2:1). Man has no excuse…regardless of where you live…where you go…or where you were born. That’s God’s Word…and I’m sticking to it. Ultimately, God will be the judge and His Word is final…no appeals…no paroles…no posting of bonds…no excuses…only hell for the ones who have denied Christ.

Man is special. He has intelligence. He has the five senses, intellect, emotions, desires, ambitions, and initiative. Man is spirit. This is the only way he can communicate with God, his Creator. Man lives in a body. Man has a nature. Without God, man has the Adamic nature or the wild ass nature according to scripture (Deut.22:10). In other words, man without God will destroy himself and God's beautiful creation. Without God, man is hell bent and ruthless. I have even met a few ruthless Christians, I think!

I do not believe that any man in his right mind wants to go to hell, yet because of sin (mainly idolatry and rebellion); man often chooses his next life in the nether world (hell). Billy Sunday once said, "If a man goes to hell, he ought to be there or he wouldn't be there."

Honestly, I do not believe that you want a sex pervert, murderer, thief, child molester, liar, fornicator, or any other sinner living next door to you in Heaven...and they won't be!

Therefore, as a combat Christian Soldier, YOU are on the cutting edge. Your Divine Assignment is to rescue those that are hell bent and racing toward hell at 500 miles per hour. If you have read my book “BORN TO BE A CHAMPION”, you KNOW that we were born to RAZE (tear down) the gates of hell and the works of the enemy. "For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the PULLING DOWN of STRONG HOLDS; CASTING DOWN imaginations and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, and BRINGING into CAPTIVITY every thought to the obedience of Christ" (2 Cor.10:4‑5).

MAN was not made for hell. MAN was made for heaven. MAN was made to live eternally in the Kingdom of God! Our chief adversary, lucifer the LOSER has been totally defeated. Through the pages of this book, YOU will gain important combat Christian intelligence about the Gospel of the Kingdom and the Commander‑in‑Chief (General Jesus Christ). YOU will learn something about Divine Assignments and your Divine Destiny. YOU will also learn about the enemy and his diabolical tactics.

As Christians, we are on assignment to destroy the works of the devil and bring down to this earth the Kingdom of Heaven. The enemy has no power over you. You do not have to put up with the devil and his puny little imps. The enemy is NUTS! You are a WARRIOR! YOU are a COMBAT CHRISTIAN WARRIOR! You will never be pushed around again because the Greater One now dwells within your heart. Your Senior Partner is the Holy Ghost!

In another book, I said, "The devil is just about ready to have a nervous breakdown. He is being bombarded on every side by the powerful saints of God. The Church is being restored to its finest hour and beauty. The saints have not retired, but are being re-fired with the dynamic ability of God. Soon, we will all be one in the Spirit. It's coming. That time is coming. Praise God forever! All things are being restored."
Every seven days a million people die. How many of these are Believers? I do not know, but God knows. Even as I write, people are dying and going to hell. Some day, there will be no more deaths. Some day, the earth will be peaceful in every dimension. Blissful unity, harmony, peace, joy, love, and kindness will be everywhere in the universe. And the LOSER, satan, will be history. And that's good news!

But what about NOW? What happens NOW? That's where you come in! You were born for such a time as this. Your assignment and commission is to warn people about the eternal fiery inferno that burns with sulfur...and torments souls forever. You may be the last living person to talk to that individual before he checks out for hell! Think about it. General Jesus will return, so remember your mission on planet earth. RAZE (destroy) hell on this earth. Demolish the gates of hell. Set the captives free. Heal the broken‑hearted. Raise the dead! Tell them the old, old story about Jesus Christ the King! Your Divine Destiny is Heaven. Why not bring others along with you to this beautiful place called Planet Heaven?

Today’s Believers are NOT ignorant combat soldiers. We are charged with the POWER of the living God to go forth and erase disease, uncover ambushes, destroy sin, rescue the hell bent, snatch them out of the fiery furnace of hell and pour in Eternal LIFE, and make them VICTORIOUS CREATIONS in Jesus through the Holy Spirit. Take your place in the Army of God. Be bold. TAKE your PLACE.

Billy Graham once said, "If we had more preaching on hell from our pulpits, we would have less of it in our communities."

In reality, God wants YOU to be as BOLD as a lion. Warn the sinner. Heal the sick. Cast out demons. Preach the Gospel to the poor. Deliver the captive, restore sight to the blind, and raise the dead. You have received; therefore, freely GIVE! You have an UNCTION to FUNCTION. You are CHARGED up like a spiritual dynamo. His POWER is YOURS through THE HOLY SPIRIT. The Holy Spirit is your Senior Partner.

Some people believe that hell is the grave. Hell is not the grave. Hell is not some purgatory for temporary punishment or remorse. Hell is not some bad dream or nightmare. It is for REAL. Some hotheads right now wish that it was a bad dream! Hell is a very real place. The fire of hell is literal and extremely HOT. Hell is eternal. There will be no escapees from hell! There will be no pardons. There will be no paroles. The prison of hell is worse than any prison on this earth. NOT one PERSON WILL ever ESCAPE or be placed on PAROLE. The Master Warden will see to it.
THANK GOD!

In brief, God spoke to me through the Holy Spirit and told me to write this book called "DIVINE DESTINY". You are on a journey called Divine Destiny. Along this journey, you will receive several Divine Assignments. You have been commissioned by God to warn others against hell. To be a good soldier, YOU need to know something about HELL in order to effectively warn others about such an awful, terrible, and damnable place.

Also, in God's Army, there is an operational element called "Staying Power". If we are to reign FOREVER with General JESUS, we need to be prepared to stay in His Army forever. Staying Power is the combat capability to be tenacious and carry on prolonged military operations and maneuvers, regardless of hardships, difficulties, and trials. There will be opportunities to defect, dessert, or go AWOL (absent without leave). But STAY. You have the POWER of God inside YOU. It is called the STAYING POWER of God. Believe me, you can make it! Our General did.

THANK GOD, YOU can make it too. No one...YOU...me...not anyone has to miss HEAVEN. Heaven is a decision. Hell is a decision. JESUS is a DECISION! To be a combat soldier for JESUS is a decision. To accept His STAYING POWER is a decision. The POSSIBILITIES and ways of winning in this warfare are unlimited through the Holy Spirit and General JESUS!

Commitment is another element in which this generation is reacquainting themselves. Press on! Nothing on this green earth will take the place of COMMITMENT. TALENT will not do it. ABILITY will not. HARD WORK will not. EDUCATION will not. HAVE YOU seen EDUCATED, TALENTED, HARD WORKING PEOPLE WHO have ABILITY, but are not COMMITTED? They are ALMOST worthless to the KINGDOM of GOD! There is ONE thing that TRULY brings SUCCESS...COMMITMENT, COMMITMENT, and COMMITMENT!

Churches all across America are full of educated, talented, UNCOMMITTED AIRHEADS (people that float through the air learning nothing about God’s Word or their own Divine Destiny)…but this is changing. God is raising up an ARMY...a combat ARMY that is COMMITTED to HIM, His Kingdom, and fellow soldiers. The 21st Century will bring about global COMMITMENT to Christ!

Some Christians want to turn over their problems to God, but not their HOGS...That's right...HOGS (Mk.5:1‑17, Mt.8:34). The Gadarenes wanted their problem resolved, but wanted to keep their filthy little pigs. Some Christians today want to be used of God...have prosperity, peace of mind, family unity...but want to hang on to their hogs of envy, lusts, jealousy, hatred, rebellion, stubbornness, letter of the law, greed, selfishness (not paying tithes), over-eating, gossip...and the hogs go on.

Do not hold on to your hogs. If you do, you will find yourself in some hog pen eating slop with barnyard manure between your hoofs. You are one of God’s kids. You were not made to act like a hog or to be a hog. Read on...

The devil is the disease and we are the CURE through JESUS!
We are going to do it...No question about it.
No discussion necessary...No summit meetings.
We refuse mediocrity. It's final. That's it.
We are moving on...No turning back...PERIOD!
WE are POSSESSING the LAND! That's it!

The Wisdom of God will make you a spout where the glory comes out.

CHAPTER 1

Bottomline: This book will teach you something about The Principles of Warfare which are interrelated and intertwined to bring about VICTORY while traveling to your Divine Destiny.

1. OBJECTIVE: Every Combat Soldier and Army must have an objective. Our ultimate objective of warfare is to totally DEFEAT the enemy's maneuvers on this earth. Our purpose and goals in Christianity are the same as Christ's...to tear down and destroy the works of the devil on Planet Earth.

2. OFFENSIVE ACTION: The Combat Christian Soldier MUST be on the offensive in order to achieve decisive results. We MUST exploit the enemy's weaknesses and exercise the initiative against his diabolical schemes and bag of worthless tricks.

3. MASS: Large numbers of Combat Christians MUST join together in unity in order to take the cities, states, and countries back for JESUS! "Mass" displays a SHOW OF FORCE and superiority over satan the UGLY one. It frightens him to terror! He runs to and fro scared out of his gourd.

4. ECONOMY OF FORCE: It takes money to carry on a war. A Combat Army will use prudence and squeeze its dollars to get the most mileage and efficiency from them. "Economy of force" is getting the biggest artillery bang for the buck! We need to WORK TOGETHER! We and the Holy Spirit are one.

5. MANEUVER: to be a successful combat Christian Soldier, you MUST be able to maneuver in and out of the enemy's camps without getting shot or wounded. Maneuver is the ability to charge and reduce vulnerability, while at the same time, placing the enemy in a position of disadvantage.

6. UNITY OF COMMAND: In God's Army, there is a chain of command. The Commander‑in‑Chief is JESUS CHRIST. Jesus in turn has gifted His Army with teachers, evangelists, pastors, prophets, and apostles. In the Lord's Army, ALL Combat Soldiers MUST cooperate, coordinate, and graduate to higher levels of echelons through a unity of effort called UNITY OF COMMAND while rightly discerning the Lord's Body (Army). HOW? We must recognize and submit to the Christian Leaders that JESUS has placed over us in His Army. During the decade of the 90s, the prophet and apostle will be on the front lines of battle. You can count on it! Great RESPECT will once again return to the Pastor as well. If you are NOT under the leadership of a good Pastor or Priest, you will be like a square peg in a round hole.

7. SECURITY: Security is vital. Security is greatly important. We MUST watch what we say. We MUST watch what we hear. We MUST protect ourselves from sabotage, deception, hostile acts of war, and harassment (like sickness or disease). We MUST protect each other. Loose talk, gossip, and negative responses will get soldiers killed very quickly. It will also sink a local church. We MUST apply the BLOOD of JESUS to our lips, ears, minds, bodies, and souls.

8. SURPRISE: Most all good Combat Soldiers know that "the element of defeat is surprise attack." We MUST strike the enemy when he is least prepared and unaware. Speed is of the utmost importance! An effective WORD at the appropriate time will STOP the enemy dead in his tracks.

9. SIMPLICITY: Keep it simple, Simon! JESUS taught a simple message. "Accept the Son of God and reign forever with Him in His Kingdom. Or reject Him and spend eternity in a lake of fire forever!" That, my fellow combat soldier, is simple. Be direct, honest, clear, simple, concise and YOU will avoid confusion and misunderstanding in the Army of God.

10. BE FLEXIBLE: Stay READY. Be ready for CHANGE. You are in the ARMY NOW. No imp or demon in hell can stop you. General JESUS is in command. He is an experienced Combat Veteran of war. He invented it! There was war in Heaven when He kicked out satan. FOLLOW God, Jesus, General Paraclete (the Holy Spirit), and God's anointed leaders (gifts) and you will NOT lose.

Now, I know that some AIRHEAD is going to say, "Well, I don't think I need to follow any man. I hear from God, myself. He is all I need. After all, who does that Priest or Pastor think he is? I'm not going to follow any man. I'm ONLY going to follow Jesus! That Priest only wants my money anyway."

Have you ever heard this nonsense before? Or maybe, you have said it at one time or another. If so, then maybe (just maybe) You need to go back through boot camp again. To play church is one thing, but to actually have church is another.

How did you get saved? How did I get saved? Did we not listen to someone talk about Jesus? Did we not believe them and follow them into a confession of Jesus? Yes, we did! We listened and we followed and we became Christians.

How do you grow in Christ? Don't you listen to good teachers, priests, pastors, and ministers of the Gospel? Paul describes these ministers as gifts of Jesus to the Body.

I believe that we do learn from ministers, priests, teachers, and pastors. In any event, you will need to be a follower until...you not only learn the basics of Christianity, but until God calls you into a leadership position in His Army...and even then you will have Divine commissioned officers over you because in God's Army, He believes in the Holy Chain of Command. In fact, His Chain of Command is the only ordained and recognized echelon in the Kingdom of God.

How long will we have the gifts (Apostles, Prophets, Pastors, Teachers, and Evangelists) in the Army of God? Have we all come into the UNITY of the faith yet (Eph.4:13)? Are we a perfect man yet? Have we grown to the stature of the FULLNESS of Christ yet? Then, we need to submit to these precious gifts!

Yes, you can talk to the Commander (General Jesus) anytime you so desire? ABSOLUTELY! But you must function in His Body where He places you for He has a historical Godly habit of placing you and me under someone's care and tutelage. No man is an island. Even Jesus submitted Himself to authority. "He went down with them and came to Nazareth, and was habitually obedient to them..." (Amp. Lk.2:51). We must follow in order to lead!

Our Senior Partner, the Holy Spirit, warns man about a fiery infernal experience (hell). He then gives us a COMBAT Divine Assignment to read, initiate, implement, and warn others against this place of torment. Without JESUS, man will go to a fiery hell! Our mission is to warn man and tell him about JESUS.

Hell is one of the most vocal misused four letter words in all of history. Even the Church is now talking about hell. Many people use it in their vocabularies every single day. Some laugh and joke about it. Some fear it. Others mock it. Yet, if any living being only spent five minutes in hell, he would spend the rest of his mortal life, energy, money, and resources to warn others against it.

Today, when a Christian dies, he goes UP and not DOWN while the sinner goes DOWN and not UP. The Bottomline is simple. We as Combat Soldiers in God's Army must accept our ASSIGNMENT and warn others about hell. We must tell them the solution: GENERAL JESUS! He is our destiny!

Thus, you are NOT reading this book by accident, but by Divine Appointment. NOTHING is by ACCIDENT! Heaven is NOW your home. God has made You SPECIAL. Jesus has built a beautiful home for you in Heaven. Accept your Divine Destiny because YOU are NOW a child of Light. You have become the SALT and LIGHT of the battlefield. You are led by General Paraclete, the Holy Spirit.

BOTTOMLINE: Be a watchman! Give your family a warning. Give your neighborhood a warning. Give your city a warning. No one HAS to GO to hell. Jesus has already been there for us. He paid the price. He was our Supreme Sacrifice. Our sins are forgiven! Bottomline: We win!

The only thing the enemy sees about you and me are the soles of our feet stomping on his ugly head. I dare you to write him a note on the bottom of your shoes. Satan is the one who is DOOMED to hell, not you. JESUS has rescued you from the pits of hell. Right now is an excellent time to LAUGH at the enemy! The JOY of the Lord is your strength and lifestyle. That's right. Go ahead and laugh at the enemy. You are his master. You tell him where to go and he goes. You tell him to get lost and he moves out of your way smartly. He is under YOUR FEET.

"And having spoiled principalities and powers, JESUS made a show of the demons openly, TRIUMPHING over them in it" (Col.2:15). Jesus made a spectacle and exhibition of the demons and imps when he departed hell. Just the mention of the Name of Jesus brings the demons and imps to panic. They tremble in terror, fear, and horror when YOU say "JESUS" (Ja.2:19). Your WORDS are eternal!

BOTTOMLINE: You are NOW on a Godly MISSION for the King. You have been given a Divine Assignment, Divine Mission, and a Divine Destiny. "You GO into ALL the world and preach (tell) the Gospel (Good News of the Kingdom) to EVERY creation" (Mk.16:15). As you perform your assignment…signs and miracles will follow the WORDS that you speak (Mk.16:20). The weakest Christian is learning how to be an overcomer and a worker of miracles. THE CHURCH is BECOMING awesome and powerful in warfare!

CHAPTER 2

Today, hell is in deep trouble. Hell is in turmoil. Its occupants are beginning to shriek, cry, and go crazy. Fear has gripped the little hotheads. For one thing, it is getting over crowded. For another, it is entirely too noisy, especially for those who wanted some peace and quiet and never wanted any loud preaching or loud praise and worship on planet earth!

“SHHHHHH, be quiet. Don’t say “Jesus” too loudly,” some Christians have said.

“We don’t want anyone to hear us and be offended,” others will reply.

I am just the opposite. I hope they hear me. I hope that get offended at the Word. It may be the last words they will ever hear before departing this earth.

As a SENTINEL in spiritual warfare, our MISSION is to sound the ALARM, ADVANCE, and WIN. We are ALWAYS on the offensive. In addition, our assignment as a good soldier is to:

1. Destroy the enemy forces and tactics.
2. Possess and secure decisive territories.
3. Gain the ascendancy over the enemy.
4. Divert the enemy's attack.
5. Deprive the enemy of precious resources.
6. Confiscate, seize, and destroy the enemy's position. Take it by force!
7. WIN!

"I have made YOU a watchman (sentinel) unto the people: therefore, hear the Word of My Mouth, and give them WARNING from Me" (Ezk.3:17). Jesus said to make disciples of them (Mt.28:19‑ 20). The Militant Sentinel will give warning to his family, neighborhood, and city. He will sound the alarm. WHY? Read my LIPS. Hell is forever! A living soul is forever! We will live FOREVER in the world of our own choosing. Heaven or Hell is a choice that every man or woman MUST make.
"Whom shall I send? Who will go" (Isa.6:8)? Isaiah answered and said, "Here am I; send me."

His Divine Assignment was the same as ours. God told him, "GO, and TELL the PEOPLE" (Isa.6:9).

As a Christian Sentinel, you and I have an obligation and responsibility to warn the people of the coming events. Once, we have given the WARNING, they will respond one way or the other. They will make a decision...either eternal life or eternal death. But we MUST sound the ALARM and warn them about hell!

According to Scripture, hell (the largest jail in the universe) will give up no prisoners. Once an individual has been sentenced to hell, there is no escape. Neither is there a parole system or appeals process. His death sentence will last forever! Baby, that's a long time. PERIOD!

Even after the Great White Throne Judgment (Rev.20:5, 11‑15), hell will continue. Eventually, hell will be cast into the Lake of Fire with all of its inhabitants. No hell convicts will ever get an APPEAL, MISTRIAL, or PAROLE. I Thank the Lord because God is a Righteous JUDGE! Hell will not give up its inhabitants, not even on good behavior (if that were possible). AND PLEASE do not feel SORRY for any HELL RESIDENT. If he did not belong there, he would not be there! That may sound cruel and disdainful, but do you want a thief, thug, sex pervert, murderer, or rapist living next door to you in heaven? I think not.

The Hindu and Buddhist believe that hell is NOT eternal. They believe that it will only last as long as it takes to get a person squared away so that he is no longer evil. Question? How many prisons today are turning out "good" people that are no longer evil or wicked? Name one. How many come out “all squared away”? Hello!

Hell has no escape! Once you are there, you are there FOREVER! There is no time off for good behavior…no appeals process.

On this earth, when a man commits a crime against society and is caught, he pays his debt to society. But in God's universe and dominion, a sinner pays for his sin (rejection of Christ) with his soul and spirit for the rest of eternity. Does this seem fair? Yes. Why? Because God is a just God and He is fair in everything.

Some say, "This is not fair. Why should I have to go to hell forever? I did not ask to be brought into this world. After all, everybody else was doing it. Why should I be singled out? I am only human. Nobody is perfect. I'm really a good person once you get to know me. I really didn't mean to kill those five people. They should have stayed out of my way. All I wanted was their money and jewelry, but they acted stupid and got themselves killed. Now, I'm in hell. Is this fair?"

Others say, "God is a just God. He will never send a person to hell forever. He is a God of love. As a matter of fact, He is LOVE! He is a God of mercy. He loves the sinner.”

Some say, “Surely, He will never send anyone to a place of doom, gloom, agony, suffering, and torment."

Question? What does the Bible say? I'll tell you what it says. "Thou wicked and slothful servant...You will be cast into outer darkness where there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth. Depart from Me, ye cursed, into EVERLASTING fire...And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal" (Mt.25:26, 30, 41‑46).

People are destroyed for lack of knowledge; however, no one has ever gone to hell for being ignorant. People go to hell with their eyes wide open. No one just stumbles into hell. They make a conscious decision to reject the Savior, the only Person Who can keep them out of hell. A trip to hell is deliberate and unmistakably intentional. Hell is premeditated.

No one kidnaps you and takes you to hell without your conscious consent and permission. Man is without excuse (Rom.1:19‑20). He goes to hell by choice! And yes, my friend, hell is eternal.
I am glad hell is eternal. Do YOU know why? Because God is God and He knows what He is doing! Think like God for a moment. Would you want someone from hell coming into your kingdom and messing it up? Of course, you wouldn't. Anyone in hell has never been redeemed, nor will ever be redeemed. The Kingdom of God (including heaven) is only for the redeemed. Saints and sinners will not mix in the next world because God believes in segregation when it comes to heaven and hell (good and evil). Do not run off half cocked. Read the next paragraph.

YES, GOD is a SEGREGATIONIST when it comes to HEAVEN and HELL...SAINTS and SINNERS! The saints (black, white, yellow, and red) will go to heaven. The sinners (black, white, yellow, and red) will go to hell. The color of our skin has NOTHING to do with it. After all, does God really give a hoot about what color we are? OF COURSE NOT! When God looks at us, He looks at our inner man and heart, not our external appearance, color of our skin, make‑up, or whether you have hair on your head or whether you are bald headed like me. God does not care. He cares about whether you have made a decision to accept His Son or not.

Ask yourself this question. Would you want a child molester or rapist living next door to you in heaven? Of course not! If you are honest, you do not even want one living next door to you now on Planet Earth.

"For whosoever shall call upon the Name of the Lord shall be saved" (Rom.10:13). As sentinels, we MUST give the people WARNING. Consequently, as the sinner makes the citizenship transition from hell to heaven, his name is no longer on the docket of hell. It has been transferred to the Lamb's Book of Life. From this moment forward, however, his name is also on the devil's hit list. The enemy wants to do harm to the new convert. Hence, all of his problems and trials are far from over, but General Jesus will go with him every step of the way. Praise Jesus forever! Selah!

As I said in another book, "We need that Caleb spirit...the spirit of faith, not fear, and the spirit of boldness. God is looking for STRONG men and women to pull down strongholds, cast down imaginations, and to bring into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ. Let's kick fear and the devil all the way back to Hades where they belong."

Jesus has commissioned you as a Christian Military Sentinel in His Army and given you a Divine Assignment to go forth and use His NAME to pull down STRONGHOLDS and destroy the works of the enemy. It is really not much of a fight when YOU KNOW that YOU have already won (Is.54:17, Eph.1:22‑23).

You cast the devil out and he runs like a scalded dog in January. You command him to cease and desist and he stops dead in his tracks. The nincompoop is totally DEFEATED!

The enemy's maneuvers must stop in the Name of Jesus! You have a mission to accomplish. People must know about General Jesus and His Kingdom. You must get MILITANT and give them warning. War has been declared. Jesus is the only answer to man's dilemma. Eternal Hell is not for God's man. HEAVEN is.

NOW, as a Combat Militant Sentinel, what can you do about warning the people? Sound the alarm. Prepare for war and ATTACK. Maintain the initiative and sustain your momentum. Advance. Move quickly. Be aggressive! Strike hard at his position. You will force the devil to an early decision and hasty mistakes.

The enemy will be caught off‑guard and will FLEE from you as you attack and pursue. Your pursuit of relentless destruction against his kingdom of darkness will force him out of your territory, city, state, and country. As you attack and possess the land, the enemy's kingdom will get smaller and smaller while God's territory gets larger and larger! Believe it or not...it's true. Light expels darkness.

The Militant Sentinel

The Sentinel sounds the alarm without vacillation.
He blows the trumpet with joy and exhilaration.
The inhabitants of the land do not hesitate,
But they begin to dedicate and consecrate
Themselves to the great harvest of consummation.
The Day of the Lord comes without equivocation.

The Sentinel shouts, "Charge the enemy without fluctuation.
Our orders are given with authority and illumination."
Each soldier assembles without debate,
And goes forth to liquidate and assassinate…
The works of domination, intimidation, and manipulation.
General Potentate comes to validate the celebration.

CHAPTER 3

Blow the trumpet. Our forefathers were militant. They wanted change. They were tired of religious oppression and bondage. Many of them paid for this change with their lives. They were branded as heretics because of their unorthodox ideas and opinions. In their conscience and inner spirit, they wanted to be completely free to worship God in their own way. Many were persecuted and burned at the stake. Hence, today, we have tremendous religious freedom to worship our Lord and Savior without fear and retribution because of the blood of our forefathers. They were indeed militant Believers filled with the Holy Spirit.

Many thousands of years ago, another sentinel by the name of Joel had some profound statements to make. He also wanted change. He, too, wanted freedom for all mankind. He was radical. He was militant. He was a revolutionary. God gave him a mission. His words were astounding and absolutely life changing. Let us now take a closer look at what Joel said (Joel 2):

1. Blow the trumpet in the Church.
2. Sound the alarm.
3. Let the people tremble.
4. The Lord is coming.
5. A fire is before you.
6. A flame is behind you.
7. Before you is land like the Garden of Eden.
8. Behind you is the desolate wilderness.
9. None shall escape.
10. You run like mighty men.
11. You climb walls like warriors.
12. You march in formation as one.
13. Do not break rank.
14. Do not push.
15. No one is out of step.
16. You are not shot down.
17. You run in the city.
18. You run on the wall.
19. You visit the houses.
20. The earth quakes.
21. The heavens tremble.
22. For the Day of the Lord is Great.
23. The Lord says, "Turn to Me with all your heart."
24. Return to the Lord.
25. Blow the trumpet in the Church.
26. Be not afraid.
27. God has given you the former and latter rain.
28. "I will restore to you what the enemy has stolen."
29. "You shall eat in PLENTY and be SATISFIED."
30. "You shall never be put to shame."
31. "Signs and miracles will be a part of your ministry."
32. "Your sons and daughters shall prophesy."
33. "My Spirit will be poured out on ALL flesh."

Thank God. Jesus is coming. Nonetheless, until...He does return in the flesh, we do not have to be lonely! Jesus is with us as our General! LONELY means "to be alone, isolated, unhappy at being alone, longing for friends, feeling of desolation".

We should be happy soldiers in God's Army! Currently, in the Church world, many Believers seem to feel alone, lonely, isolated, unhappy, and even depressed. What's the matter? I believe they need the old time "fire" before them and the "flame" behind them. Jesus is the answer for the "blues".

We need to return to the Lord with our whole hearts. We need to accept the former and latter rain.

God's people should not be lonely. Hell has "only the lonely". I am here to tell you that you have never been lonely as much as the people in hell. They are the lonely ones. They will be lonely forever; yet some of them said, "If I go to hell, I will not be lonely because my friends will be there!" This is not a suitable or logical answer.

I present to you this thought. "Only the lonely" will be in hell. No special interest groups...no gangs, no groupies, no country clubs, and no fellowships will be partying in hell. Baby, those dudes will be ALL ALONE on their OWN with no support groups to assist them through such an eternal misfortune. ALL the TRUE SUPPORT GROUPS will be in HEAVEN with JESUS!

Everyone in hell will be lonely. The big sinners, the little sinners, rulers, nobles, statesmen, earthly kings, the learned, the ignorant, the bigshot, the BB, the little guy, the rich, and the poor will be there and they will all be lonely…Only the Lonely!

Look up! The GOOD NEWS is...we do not have to go there! That is good news. We have dominion (the right and power to govern and control) over the circumstances of hell. You shall eat in PLENTY and be SATISFIED.

To be lonely is so sad, especially when you do not have to be lonely. Jesus went to hell and suffered loneliness for us so that we would never have to be lonely again. OVER 2000 YEARS ago, JESUS suffered LONELINESS like no other human being in history. He obeyed the Father…but for this obedience…the Father turned His back on JESUS because God could NOT look on sin. JESUS had become sin for us. When the Father turned His back on our Savior, JESUS became ever so LONELY! Currently, dominion over loneliness and hell is yours for the taking. Get violent and decide to make heaven your future home, instead of hell! Go in and possess what rightfully belongs to you. You have COMPLETE VICTORY and DOMINION today over loneliness, hell, sin, death, disease, and the enemy. YOU will never have to be lonely again!

Where did loneliness come from? In the beginning, Adam and Eve walked with God. They fellowshipped with God. Man was not lonely. However, eventually, Adam committed sin (High Treason). He sinned against God, man, and the entire universe. He sinned against YOU and me. He forfeited his earthly kingship. He rendered his kingdom over to lucifer the LOSER. For the next 4000 years, lucifer the dirtbag was in charge instead of man. Loneliness sat in.

The absence of God's Presence brings "loneliness". Without the companionship of God, man is lonely. Man is a spirit. He lives in a body. He has a soul. God is a Spirit. Man communicates with God by his spirit...not his soul or body. True and fruitful communication with God brings fellowship and security, thus the absence of loneliness.

THE ABSENCE of FELLOWSHIP with GOD brings LONELINESS!

The inhabitants of hell will not be in fellowship with God; therefore, I submit to you that the citizens of hell will be extremely LONELY. Remember, one of the definitions of the word "lonely" is ISOLATED. A person in hell who is isolated from God will be lonely forever.

Even on this earth with crowds all around, people are lonely. Why? Because they need Jesus. They need His fellowship. They also need the fellowship of other Christians. Without the FELLOWSHIP of God, man has a huge void in his life.

Jesus destroyed loneliness for those who would seek Him and His fellowship. Jesus turned the keys of death, hell, and all authority over to God's people (the Church). Once again, fellowship is yours for the taking. Consequently, no one needs to be lonely ever again!

Sound the alarm. Blow the trumpet. Let the people tremble. Give them warning. Some people need the hell scared out of them so that they will not have to go there! Go ahead...SCARE them. Show them the Bible. It will definitely scare the hell out of them! Selah! All hell and its minions and devils will tremble when they look into your face.

Continue to stomp on the devil's head. You will never be one of the lonely ones in hell. Continue to sound the alarm. Don't break ranks. The heavens tremble. The earth quakes. Don't get out of step. Do not be afraid. Continue to fellowship with the Father and His Son. Run in the city. Run on the wall. Visit the homeless. Return to the Lord. Blow the trumpet in the Church. Let the whole WORLD know that Jesus has come and will be returning again. Meantime, let's do KINGDOM BUSINESS.

LIGHT BE. Devil FLEE!

Do you know what Joel meant when he wrote, "...When they fall upon the sword, they shall not be wounded" (Joel 2:8)? He was talking about the Army of God, the Church. Why will the soldier NOT be wounded? Listen closely. The true Christian Soldier is dead already. He died at the new birth. You cannot kill or wound a dead man. He is dead already. He has been crucified with Christ and born again into the Kingdom of Light. He is dead to sin and selfishness and alive to righteousness through the BLOOD of JESUS! You can take a dead man…put him in a casket…roll him out into an eight lane expressway…and he will not blink an eye or give a hoot. Why? Because he is dead. A true Christian is “dead” to sin and offences.

Let us end this chapter with some Principles of ATTACK. We have talked about stomping on the devil's UGLY head, but precisely how do we do this in a simple and professional manner? How do we blow the trumpet? What are the Principles of Attack? We KNOW our mission. We KNOW our Commander. We KNOW our enemy. Perhaps, the following will give us some simple insight into the Principles of Attack:

1. CONCENTRATION of EFFORT is a must. Concentrate every fiber of your spirit, body, soul, and mind upon winning the VICTORY on the battlefield. Employ every combat effort you can muster. NEVER lose SIGHT of the IMMINENT VICTORY! Remember, General JESUS has already given you the VICTORY! You shall never be put to shame. You do not win by giving your life to the enemy, but you make him lose another battle at your command.

2. SURPRISE: Simply put, strike the enemy at an un‑expected time and place. This will throw him off balance and the winning victory for you is assured. Attack the walls of his defense.

3. SPEED: Speed of the attack execution promotes surprise and contributes to the enemy's downfall. His defense will be ineffective. He will become confused and unstable. Speed will immobilize his little imps from fighting. Your fire POWER of the WORD will STOP satan in his tracks.

4. FLEXIBILITY: Do not get locked in a box. The enemy will not always defend the same way. He is slimy and a diabolical COWARD. Be flexible. Allow yourself maximum opportunities for maneuver movements. Remember, whosoever calls upon the Name of the Lord shall be saved (made whole in every area of life). VICTORY is imminent! You shall eat in PLENTY and be SATISFIED. The banquet table is spread before you. Eat the delicacies that the GENERAL has prepared for YOU.

GENERAL JESUS SPEAKS TO HIS TROOPS

“Now I want you to remember My Word...that no soldier has to die for this universe. Some of you have wanted to do that, but I gotta tell you, I have already died for this world. I desire that you live for Me. All My soldiers have already died anyhow. You died at the new birth. I also told you that during famine I would redeem you from death...and in war I would redeem you from the power of the sword (Job 5:20). You may not realize this, but there is a real war going on right now all over this land. It is a war between GOOD and evil. The outcome is simple...We win!”
“As your Commander‑in‑Chief, I have raised you up as a great Army that is strong and courageous. You are different and are like no other Army that has ever been or ever will be. The power of the Holy Spirit goes before you. Behind you is a flame of fire that brings warmth and protection to all them that will listen to the beat of My drums. Before you lies a land of plenty and prosperity. To the rear, you leave poverty and lack. When you were children, you thought as children...You behaved as children ...You understood as children, but now, you have become grown men and women in My Army.”

“You are Champions and Winners set in battle array. Under My command, you will not fail. You will take My Holy Word which is the Sword of the Spirit and beat the dastardly devil (lucifer the LOOSER) and all his stupid wimps at their own silly games. You will kick them all the way back to Hades. Begin now to dance, sing, shout, laugh, and clap your hands. Look the enemy dead in the eye and laugh at his ugly face!
You have the eye of the tiger and sound just like the Lion of Judah. You are now a Team...no more asses’ head or dove's dung for you (2 Kgs.6:25). The days of weasel pie are over! You are the head and not the rear end.”

“In times past, you neglected and hurt your wounded. That is rapidly coming to a halt. Neither will you break ranks or stab each other in the back. And when the enemy tries to cut you down, you will not be wounded because you are already dead. No one can kill a dead man. The whole earth will shake and quake before you. You will bring terror to the terrorists and fear to the perverted foe. They do not stand a chance. We are not just going to stop the little lamebrains, we are going to stamp them into hell and later cast them into the lake of fire forever!”

“Troops…do your duty. You are going to do fine. You have the finest equipment and armor in the universe. No power on earth or hell can stop you. Prepare for war. Wake up the people. Let them know that it is high time to be a warrior. Advance. Conquer. Destroy. Defeat the ignoramus fool and all of his worthless imps. Kick them in the teeth. Stamp on their faces. Smash their little pointed heads. Grind them to powder.”

“Are you ready? Follow Me. We will go forth and wage war in righteousness, holiness, and justice. We will smite the nations and rule or control them with My Scepter of Iron. I will be the world wide Dictator known as the King of kings and Lord of lords. Let's do it! It's final. That's it. PERIOD!”

CHAPTER 4

Your assignment is as follows: "Since I am the Commander‑in‑Chief of the Universe, You go therefore and make disciples of all the nations. // Baptize them. // Teach them My Word that I have commanded you. I am with you" // signed by // General Jesus (Mt. 28:18‑20).
In this chapter, you will learn some more spiritual combat techniques about your assignment. Since you are the dynamic combat soldier living in the combat zone, you need to KNOW that the GENERAL of this battlefield is a soldier's General and just the mention of His Name will scare the enemy back to hades. This General, even though an Officer and a Gentleman, is an infantry foot Soldier that WALKS everywhere you walk. He sleeps in your tent. He eats with you at your table in the field mess hall. He shares war stories with you from previous battles. He tells you how to WIN. He is a Veteran Combat Soldier. His Name? JESUS!

BATTLEFIELD ASSIGNMENT: Sound the alarm. Tell others they do NOT have to go to hell. Their ransom and prison release has already been paid for. Their sins are forgiven. They no longer have to be prisoners of war. The GENERAL has signed their release from hell…if they will accept it. He has given the Executive Order! Go and tell them.

Second, charge the very gates of hell. You will prevail against them. They will not prevail against you. The GENERAL has said, "YOU have My Word on it." General Jesus wants you to share in His benefits, glory, honor, rewards, and authority (Jn.17:22).

The Word says, "I am (have been) crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ lives in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, Who loves me, and gave Himself for me" (Ga.2:20). Even though YOU were not physically nailed to that cross, but you have joined God's Army, you share in that blessed event.

Some people get discouraged. When your back is to the wall, just remember...His back was to the cross!

"And (God) has raised us up together (with Christ), and made us sit together (with Christ) in heavenly places in Christ Jesus" (Eph.2:6). It makes me feel real good to sit with the GENERAL. We are one. We are one with the SON.

We are at WAR with the enemy, the kingdom of darkness, and hell. We tread where others are afraid to go; therefore, our rewards are great. The battlefield commission and ANOINTING destroys the yoke of sin, disease, and bondage. You are dressed and ready for warfare. You KICK stupid little devils around. You are on combat duty revolutionizing the land for the Kingdom of God.

You are knowledgeable and well versed about the order of battle. You have seen the Battle Plan. You know the firepower of your weapons. You KNOW the enemy and his diabolical tactics. You are a fine‑tuned veteran. YOU are READY! You are armed for battle! You have accepted your Divine Assignment and your Destiny.

You are on the cutting‑edge. You have learned to be independent of circumstances. You have faith in your own faith. You give up no ground. You are tenacious. You are persistent. You see the red in the enemy's eyes! You will NEVER surrender or compromise. YOU are in this BATTLE ZONE for the DURATION!

You have beautiful feet. They carry the Good News of Peace to others. Your feet will carry you into the heat of the battle. You shout, "The Sword of the General and of His Church" and all Hades breaks loose.

Suddenly, all hell screams, shivers, and shakes. Imps run, jump, fall, roll, and go into spasms involuntarily. They shriek, shrivel, wither, and foam at the mouth attempting to get away from you, the combat soldier on your way to your Divine Destiny.

I like to put it this way: You are a Hell dominator and devil eliminator. Warfare has become a part of your everyday life. You love a good fight. A good fight is the one you win. All hell fears and trembles when they see you. The BIG Threat has arrived ...and you are it.

YOU have a mind‑set to WIN. You do not waver, vacillate, equivocate, waffle, hesitate, fluctuate, or oscillate. You are NOT indecisive. You have a made‑up mind like flint.
Dominion is yours. The heat is on. This Battle Zone is an Act of God. The smell of VICTORY is in the air!

The enemy has NO power over you today! Disease has no power over you. Infirmity has nothing on you. Hunger has no dominion over you. You now walk in Abundance.

Spoils of the battle are yours for the taking. Possess the land of milk and honey! You have the authority of the General. You have the POWER over All your enemies. Being in constant warfare, we MUST make decisions concerning Offensive Operations. Two of the elements of the decision making process are:

1. Mission Analysis
2. Situation and Courses of Action.

MISSION ANALYSIS: As good enthusiastic Combat Soldiers, we receive our Divine Assignments or mission orders from the Commander. We then analyze and determine the tasks involved in order to accomplish the mission. THE MISSION will be ACCOMPLISHED. We plan, coordinate, discuss the objective, and talk about Who, what, when, where, and how it will be done. We look at the threat. We ask for Holy Ghost counsel. We make decisions. The mission objective becomes the basis of our combat maneuvers. We then ACT on the Combat Mission which is always in harmony with the Order of Battle, Battle Rhythm, and Wartime Plan (the WORD of God).

SITUATION AND COURSES OF ACTION: Both of these contain several elements of Offensive Operations.

1. Follow the General. He KNOWS the way because He is the Way. He has been this way before. Follow His commissioned and ordained leaders. They know His voice and will care for your soul. Do not rebel. Submit to Godly authority.

2. Weather and Terrain. Does rain or stormy weather keep you back at family headquarters instead of at Church where you belong? Does rocky terrain keep you home in bed instead of being out front in the Combat Zone? Jesus controlled the wind and weather and the rough terrain. So can you! Make it subject to you because you are its master.

3. Cover and Concealment. Our cover is the protection of the Holy Ghost. He keeps us out of the direct fire of the enemy. Our concealment is JESUS. We are hid in Him. If we are truly dead to self and alive in HIM, then how could anyone kill us? The VINE is alive. The branches are alive with luscious and juicy fruit. We are under the shade of the Almighty.

4. Avenue of Approach. The avenue of approach is a militant route for an Army to reach an objective. Currently, we are on the Highway of Holiness proceeding toward Heaven to arrive at our Divine Destiny. It has been a LONG road, but we are almost HOME. The enemy with all of his attacks has NEVER stopped the Church (God's Army) and he NEVER will. Thank God for our Commander, General JESUS!

5. Enemy. KNOW that he is a total diabolical WIMP and weaselhead that is eternally defeated. He has NO power over you...NONE! He is UGLY, BALDHEADED, TOOTHLESS, and stinks like a pole cat in a cow pasture! PERIOD!

6. Courses of Action. Formulate the courses of action that will accomplish your assignment and insure your optimum victory and the enemy's optimum defeat. Pray. Study. Pray. Fast. Fellowship with other soldiers. Continue to Pray. Give a positive testimony and good report. Pray some more. Be obedient. Meditate in the Combat Warrior's Manual (Bible). Cast out devils. Lay hands on the sick. Minister the Word. Set the captives FREE.

CHAPTER 5

Sound the ALARM! Fear not. Be glad and rejoice for the Lord has done MARVELOUS things. Do not be afraid. Rejoice in the Lord your God. You shall eat in PLENTY and be SATISFIED. You shall never be put to shame (Joel 2).

Sinners will fear because God's judgment is upon them. However, the soldier on Divine Assignment has absolutely NOTHING to fear! The GENERAL is for us. He is on our side.
The sinner has a choice. He can choose life or choose death. He can choose Heaven or choose Hell. Hell or heaven is a decision. For the individual who chooses hell over heaven for his future home, the Bible says, "But the fearful and unbelieving... shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone (sulfur) which is the second death" (Rev.21:8).

Sound the Alarm! Tell the Christian to "FEAR NOT." God's soldiers have nothing to fear. From Genesis to Revelation God has commanded His people not to fear! He said, "Fear not...Fear not...Fear not" (Gen.15:1, 26:24, Is.41:10, 43:1, Lk.12:32, Rev.2:10). Yet, some soldiers still fear. Some fear cancer. Some fear crowds. Some fear poverty. Some fear failure. Some fear the end of time. Some fear elevators. Fear has run rampant throughout the whole earth! As Christians we have nothing to fear. The General and God's Army will take good care of us.

Reverential fear and respect for God is good. Having great and proper respect for the Godhead is absolute, but a Christian Soldier running around scared all the time, being timid, self‑conscious, feeling inferior, acting like a wimp and coward is not productive in the Battle Area. Fear not!

Sound the Alarm! Fear has torment. Fear will send you to the grave. Fear is a spirit of Hades. "For God has not given us the spirit of FEAR, but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind" (2 Tim.1:7). If God did not give us the spirit of fear, who did? The enemy (satan) did, that is who.

Have I ever known fear? Of course I have! Let me tell you about some fear in my life as a young lad. When I was in elementary school as a small child, there was a school teacher who I will call "Miss Smith" for the sake of anonymity. All the children (including me) FEARED this woman with an unnatural passion. She was an unholy TERROR. She screamed. She intimidated. She dominated. She embarrassed. She paddled. She would physically and mentally hurt you. Little children would tremble in her presence. Some would even urinate on themselves in her presence! YES, I'm serious.

One time I flushed the commode in the toilet and it over‑flowed. She paddled me. Another time in the classroom, one of my classmates asked her for permission to go to the bathroom, but Miss Smith said, "NO." A few minutes later, my classmate urinated on herself and the urine ran all the way across the classroom in front of two dozen other students. The little girl put her head down on her desk and cried and cried!

Daily, in the lunch line, if you talked or did not stand the way that Miss Smith thought you should, you were jerked out of line and paddled immediately (normally three licks with the long paddle that she carried all the time). Pupil after pupil fell prey to her large, wide paddle. You talk about FEAR; there was FEAR in the camp among the little impressionable minds. Miss Smith had become a tyrant! FEAR has torment!

As a rambunctious, normal little boy, one day I decided to buy a beautiful pearl handled knife. Unfortunately, I then decided to take it to school and show it off. Therefore, as I was taking great pride in showing off this pretty little knife, another little boy decided that he just had to have this knife for himself. He couldn't live without it. So, I sold it to him and made myself a small profit.

Hence, I was proud of myself for being a shrewd small businessman. I felt so GOOD inside. I wanted to share part of the profit from this sale with my special friends. Thereupon, I bought them candy and sodas.

While we were on the playground still celebrating this small business venture, another friend brought me a verbal message from (GUESS WHO?) Miss Smith. He said, "Tommy, Miss Smith would like to talk to you!"

Suddenly, my stomach began to roll and churn. My heart began to dramatically increase in beats. FEAR grabbed my soul and spirit. This tyrant wanted to see me. What had I done? Who had I offended? Who died? Who was going to die? What was wrong? Would she intimidate me again?

As I approached her, she shouted, "Where did you get the money to buy candy and Cokes?"

My little voice was trembling. I tried to speak, but the words were only a whisper. Again, I attempted to answer. Finally, I responded, "Miss Smith, I brought a knife to school and sold it."

She said, "You did what? Why are you bringing a knife to school?”

Again, I responded as before. She looked at me and said COLDLY, "Well, we'll see about this. I don't think you are telling me the truth. I believe you are lying. We'll see. Right now, we will go talk to the person in which you sold the knife and find out if you are lying. Personally, I believe you either stole the money or found it on the school premises. If you found it, you were supposed to turn it in. We'll see!"

Fear has torment! I was scared out of my gourd! I wanted to throw up. My legs were weak like rubber. My voice was only a whisper!

Off we went to find the current owner who had bought the knife. Let me preface the next part of this tragic true story with the following: Now remember, this teacher was FEARED by all. She would cut you to pieces with just mere words. She was fearfully awesome! She was not only loud, boisterous, feared, but also carried a large wide paddle and a string of confiscated knives. If you were caught with a knife at school, you were in BIG trouble. The knife was always confiscated. Miss Smith was an expert interrogator. If you did not commit the offense, by the time she got through with you, you either confessed or wished you had...just to get her out of your face.

We found the little first grader that purchased the pearl handled knife from me. He knew that if he got caught with the knife, it would be confiscated. Likewise, he would be in deep trouble with the "tyrant".

Consequently, in front of 29 other pupils, he denied the whole thing. At this point, I felt betrayed, confused, angry, hurt, violated, tormented, and fearful.

The saga continues...Picture this for a moment. My home town was a very small village (population 300). I was a poor lad reared in a poor family of nine…in a poor neighborhood…in a poor county in Florida. My parents constantly emphasized high morals and standards of honesty and integrity. My father (Tony Franks) would often say, "We may be poor, but we have a good name and good reputation. It is better to have a good name than to have dishonest gain."

After the little boy's denial in front of the whole class, Miss Smith took me to her room where she confiscated what she thought was the remainder of the unspent money. I was so SCARED; I did not tell her about the other dollar that was in my back pocket. As I was crying with fear, she said, "It's just like I thought. You have either stolen this money or found it on the playground. Either way, you are going to repay it. Tomorrow, I want you to bring me the balance (approximately 35 cents) of what you spent on candy and sodas today. Tommy, you cannot steal from other students. Neither can you keep money that you find on the school premises. Tommy, you must see that I am only trying to help you."

Finally, after some rather strong ridicule on my character, she let me go back to my regular classroom. My face was red, my eyes were filled with tears; I felt so alone and bewildered and violated. I walked in the classroom crying and put my little head down on my wooden desk and cried and cried. My whole world had crashed in around me. I wanted to die. I had been lied to and lied on...falsely accused... intimidated...and my name had been marred. WHAT ELSE could possibly happen on this DARK, GLOOMY, day that had scarred me silly for the next ten years?

The day was far from over! After school on the way home, I became even more fearful as I thought about the other dollar in my back pocket. With my little finite eight year old mind, I decided to throw it away and get rid of it as soon as possible because I did not want the hassle of being caught with it. Being an entrepreneur with this kind of aggravation, I didn't need! So, on the way home, I threw the dollar bill away in the some high weeds.

That night when my hard working father came home, he was extremely upset. Little did I know that the word was out in this small community that "Tommy Franks had somehow stolen some money at school and got into trouble with Miss Smith."

Before my father got home, he had stopped at a small service station and heard the news for himself. Someone there said, "Tony, your son Tommy got into some trouble today at school. It had something to do with him taking some money."

Therefore, when my father arrived, he immediately asked for me. He grabbed me by the hand and took me to his bedroom and said, "I'll teach you to steal. You KNOW it's wrong to steal. I have taught you better than that."

Of course before I could explain, he whipped me with his long leather belt. He laid several stripes on my small puny body. All I could do was cry and cry and cry. My heart was broken, but not my spirit. All I had ever wanted was to be accepted, loved, and to be treated with some tenderness and kindness. At this time in my life, I began to experience a new emotion called "hate". The fear of Miss Smith had turned to hate. I began to HATE her with every fiber of my being. Later, this hate turned into bitterness.

After the whipping, I explained to my father what had happened. He exclaimed, "But why would a teacher say that you had done something when you had not?"

Again, I reiterated to my father what had happened.

Let me say this about my father. He was a man with a seventh grade education who had the utmost respect for teachers. To him, they were educators and knew far more than anyone else. If they didn't, then why were they teachers? He did not understand that they were also human. My father asked, "How much money do you have to give to Miss Smith?"

I replied, "Daddy, she wants 35 cents by tomorrow."

My dad reached into the pocket of his old work clothes and brought out a hand full of coins. He gave me the 35 cents.

The next day, I gave the money to Miss Smith as directed. As I gave it to her, she very COLDLY and almost victoriously gave me another dissertation on the evils of stealing and finding money without turning it in! She again assassinated my character.

This saga continues...You may think that this was the end of the story. I wish it was. That awful FEAR of her had now turned to anger, bitterness, and HATE. I hated her for over ten LONG years. I wanted to KILL her. I wanted to see her dead. Hate and murder had now entered my heart. "Oh, if I could only kill her...that would make my soul feel so good," I thought.
Many times I would sit around fantasizing her death or how to KILL her. I was serious. I wanted that tyrant dead. The fear of her and the humiliation by her had driven me to murder (at least in my heart).

Years later after I had become a Christian, the Lord spoke to me about this matter. I had to forgive her. JESUS had forgiven me. Could I do any less concerning this teacher? NO! So, I chose to love her and forgive her. A huge weight was lifted from my shoulders that day. Praise God. Later, I sent Miss Smith a long letter and said, “I forgive you because of what Jesus has done for me…and in fact, I do LOVE you through Jesus Christ.” THANK GOD for JESUS!

Since then, Miss Smith has retired from school teaching and is involved in a good solid Christian Church. She has also confessed Jesus Christ as Lord of her life. THANK YOU JESUS! JESUS FORGIVES!

The above story is true! Only the name has been changed to protect the FORGIVEN! QUESTION? Would you torment your children with fear? NO! Neither would God! God is love. The Word says, "There is NO fear in love; but perfect love cast out fear: because fear has torment. He that fears is not made perfect (complete) in love" (1 Jn.4:18).

Sound the Alarm! Dear Soldier, do NOT fear! "Fear" or "fearful" means: scared, dread, terror, intimidated, trembling, cowardice, timidity, frightened, quake, put to flight.

Sometimes the enemy jumps up in a Christian's face and says, "Boo." Then the Christian takes flight like a scalded dog with his tail between his legs. I have seen this quite often over the past 40 years and it makes me super angry at the devil. Sometimes, after looking at the cowardice and timidity of the Christian, I feel like throwing up. If it would help, I would.

Fear is awful. It makes people do all kinds of crazy things. The Bible says, "The wicked flee when no man pursues: but the righteous (you and me) are as BOLD as a lion" (Pr.28:1). The sinner is the one who is supposed to fear, flee, take flight, and act like a coward, NOT the Christian.

Fear is not of God. Fear is a sin. "And sin, when it is finished, brings forth death. Do not err (sin), my beloved" (Ja.1:15‑16). God has commanded us not to fear. The Bible says for us to cast ALL our cares (fears) upon Him (God) because He cares for us (1 Pet.5:7).

Believe me, when people (sometimes Christians) are caught up in fear, they do stupid things because they are acting in haste and in the flesh. Fear mixed with haste makes waste! Most of the time haste cost money and sometimes even human lives. FEAR is an AWFUL THING! IT is a spirit. FEAR is of the DEVIL, not of GOD!

Fear is not faith. Fear is acting in unbelief. "...For whatsoever is not of FAITH is sin" (Rom.14:23). Fear is equated to unbelief, EVIL, and sin.

Jesus equated fear or fearful to unbelief or unbelieving (Mt.8:26, Mk.4:40, Lk.8:50).

You show me a person of fear and I will show you a very unhappy individual. Show me a fearful Christian and I will show you a miserable Christian.

The word "fearful" in Revelation 21:8 means cowardly, vile, miserable, unhappy, wretched, and worthless.

The word "unbelieving" simply means the faithless, unfaithful, unbeliever, and infidel.

It is a shame, but hell will be full of the fearful and unbelieving.

Do you remember the grasshopper complex that I talked about in one of my other books? Ten faithless spies (Nu.13) spied out the land of Canaan and brought back an evil report (report of doubt). They were full of fear and unbelief. They saw themselves as grasshoppers when compared to the giants, instead of comparing the giants to the size of their God. The grasshopper complex not only cost them their lives, but also at least two million other lives during the course of 40 years.

As the story goes on, you see where they really got emotional. They had this obsession to stay in the wilderness, rather than obey God and possess the land. This conscious effort drastically influenced their attitude and behavior. Suddenly, they started talking about dying and even talked about killing Joshua and Caleb, the only two spies that brought back a good report and had not acted like a bunch of grasshoppers.

The fearful and unbelieving belong in hell. I certainly do not want them running around loose in heaven. It is hard enough putting up with them on Planet Earth, let alone in heaven!

But thank God, I have good news for you. Believers and faithful SOLDIERS in God's Army do not have to put up with fear. Instead, we are sounding the alarm...getting the sinner saved from hell...propagating the land with faith and love...setting at liberty them that are bruised. And yes, we often laugh at the nincompoop, diabolical STUPID one (satan).

Be JOYFUL! We are not the fearful and unbelieving. God always causes us to TRIUMPH (have complete victory over satanic powers) in Christ" (2 Cor.2:14). There is no way that we will walk in fear. WE are OVERCOMERS!

We rejoice. We are filled with faith, not fear. We are going to the greatest planet (heaven), not hell. We smile. We laugh. We have fun. Sound the Alarm!

In a previous book, I said, "You should be CHARGED up like a dynamo with all kinds of energy just looking for a devil to kick around. If someone is sick, kick the disease out of his life. Sickness, disease, and sin all come from the same source, satan the STUPID. If someone is hooked on drugs, kick the devil out of his life. If someone is in poverty, teach him about God's prosperity and denounce the spirit of poverty over his life. It is FUN being ALIVE in this last generation. We get to be a part of the consummation of all things. There is no better time in history than NOW. Praise God."

Get excited about heaven. Everytime you laugh at the devil, you become a pain in his back‑side. Sound the Alarm. Tell the people of God to "Fear not." The enemy has been totally defeated, paralyzed, and rendered powerless by our Lord Jesus Christ. You have MORE POWER in your little finger nail than all of the devil's power combined. If the devil's brains were gasoline, he would not have enough for a RED Ant’s motorcycle to drive around a BB.

Either YOU are a believing one or you are an unbeliever. Either you are filled with faith or you are filled with fear. Either you are dominating the circumstances or the circumstances are dominating you. Either you are gaining ground or you are losing ground. Either you are attacking or being attacked. The HEAT is on. DO not let FEAR dominate YOU any longer!

I thank God that you are a Combat Believer and not a doubter! Pray this prayer with me:

"Father God, I am a winner. I am not one of the fearful. I am a Believer, not an unbeliever. I choose life and peace in heaven. I refuse to submit to hell. I choose to put the HEAT on the enemy and strike him before he tries to ambush me. I will put the flames of God on him by laughing at him, by using the sword (Word) on him, by casting out and cursing all diseases, by speaking the Truth in love, by giving to the poor, by setting the captives FREE, and by loving all people. I will witness to the sinner and allow the anointing that is on me to convict his very heart. Father, I thank You for Who that You are and I thank You for who that I am, Your child. I am somebody. You have made me whole and complete in Jesus. Today, right now, I am a Combat Soldier sounding the alarm throughout the land. Fear not fellow soldiers. Fear not. Thank You, Father, in the Name of the GENERAL...Jesus. AMEN!"

SOUND the ALARM! Every time we sound the alarm and carry the fight to the enemy, we GAIN the initiative over him. We GAIN the advantage. COMMAND and CONTROL on the battlefield (combat zone) is also important. Command and Control is:

"The exercise of authority and direction by a properly designated commander (GENERAL JESUS) over all other forces in the accomplishment of the mission. Command and Control is propagated by combat Christian soldiers on Divine Assignment headed toward their Divine Destiny.”

Many other resources are also needed to sound the alarm. Gospel materials (Bibles, books, CDs, and DVDs), communication (telephones), facilities (churches), printing presses, electronic media (radio, television, computers), and transportation on the battlefield are only a few. Harvest time is here. We will meet the challenge. God is our Source.
CHAPTER 6

Rend Your Heart and not Your Garments: "The Son of man (Jesus) shall send forth His angels, and they shall gather out of His Kingdom all things that do offend, and them that do iniquity (commit sin); and cast them (sinners) into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing (weeping) and gnashing (grinding) of teeth. Then shall the righteous (you and I) shine forth..." (Mt.13:41‑43, 50, 22:13, 24:51, 25:30).

Weeping and wailing will be heard forever in hell. The gnashing and grinding of teeth will be heard continuously in hell. There will be a constant roaring sound of shrieks, cries, screams, and noise of sorrow! HELL is REAL! Once you are there, you are there forever because hell will be cast into the Lake of Fire FOREVER! If you cannot stand for Church services to be a little LOUD or LONG down here, please (I beg of you!), DO NOT go to HELL. Hell will be EXTREMELY NOISY and LONG!

Are you ready for a history lesson? People say that history repeats itself. I believe it does. I know it does. We need to KNOW about history. History is of vital importance!

Once upon a time in history, there lived two beggars. One was rich while he lived on Planet Earth. He was considered a very rich man. He was clothed in purple and fine linen. He wore the finest threads ($2000.00 suits) that money could buy. He fared sumptuously every day. HE LIVED like a KING! But his heart was full of deceit and selfishness. Let's call him Dives.

The other beggar was named Lazarus. He was sickly and full of sores. Someone laid him at the gate of Dives' home. Lazarus was hungry and desired even the crumbs that fell from Dives' table. Lazarus wore rags for threads and was often cold and miserable because of the outside elements, but his heart was pure before God.

It came to pass that both beggars died. Lazarus went to Paradise or Abraham's bosom, a non‑tormenting compartment of hell where the Old Testament saints use to be held captive against their will...until Jesus went down there and set them FREE. He preached to them in hell. They received the Man Jesus, His message, method, and the One Who sent Him. Therefore, they were later resurrected with Him when He departed hell.

Today, Paradise is completely empty. All of its inhabitants have been transported to heaven. No one will ever live in Paradise again. It is EMPTY! Thank God for GENERAL JESUS!

As I said earlier, Lazarus went to paradise. However, the other lonely beggar (Dives) went to the literal burning hell of red hot FIRE! Dives' Adamic and wild ass nature had finally taken its toll. In hell he realized very quickly that he was in torment and in deep trouble. His day of ass's head and dove's dung had begun (2 Kgs.6:25). He was not a cool dude anymore wearing the finest of threads, eating popcorn, and watching R‑Rated videos. HE WAS RAPIDLY becoming a HOTHEAD! He started looking around, especially when his backside began to overheat.

Soon, he spotted the other beggar (Lazarus) and Abraham in Paradise. While crying and being in great pain, he started BEGGING Abraham for mercy and compassion. Now, he even wanted the other beggar, who at one time was hungry and sick, to come and cool his hot tongue with a drop of COOL water. Dives was in great torment! He was an educated, wealthy, biased, and prejudiced BEGGAR now in great pain and agony. The flames of hell woke him up, but all too late. Dives had rejected the Way, Truth, and the Life. Dives bad...Lazarus good!

Abraham responded, "Dives, don't you remember when you lived on Planet Earth and received all kinds of good things for your comfort? YOU LIVED like a KING! Do you also remember when Lazarus was sick and hungry and could have been fed by the crumbs that fell from your bountiful table? He begged for a few simple things then, but now he is comforted and will be with Jesus forever. But you, Dives, will be an eternal beggar in the pits of hell forever and will never be comforted!"

If you want to read the rest of this true story, you will find it in Luke 16:19‑31.

The Good News is...man does not have to go to hell and experience the flames of torment like Dives did (and STILL does). As a matter of fact, Dives is suffering the heat of hell even as you are reading this book about "Divine Destiny." Jesus has taken the sting and stinger out of hell for all mankind, but we must rend our hearts to Christ and then tell others about Him!

Instead of weeping and gnashing our teeth in hell, we can accept our wonderful Divine Destiny and give warning to others. We are filled with God's POWER and AUTHORITY. God has equipped us with everything we need to fulfill our purpose. The enemy is powerless against us. His kingdom is POWERLESS against us.

Dives, the beggar, went to "tartaros" (a Greek word) which means a dark prison or abyss that is used for punishment. Some Bible scholars believe that this abyss of torment is actually lower than hell. According to 2 Peter 2:4, God spared not the fallen angels, but cast them down to "tartaros". Personally, I believe it is a more severe chamber of hell. I believe it is the lowest compartment of hell reserved for those angels mentioned in Jude 6. I also believe that this is where Jesus spent three days and three nights to satisfy the claims of justice for the universe (Mt.12:40, Ps.88:6). Because of Him (Jesus), you and I know that we will NOT go to hell.

"Now, therefore, rend your heart and not your garments" (Joel 2:12‑13). Jesus wants out whole heart...not our toys and things...or tokens. He wants us!

Dives and millions of other beggars will WEEP and GNASH their TEETH FOREVER! They will never see their children or grandchildren again. They will never again see a yellow rose, smell a pot of coffee, hear a gospel hymn, or taste a cold drink of lemonade.

Moreover, as you move toward your Divine Destiny…Heaven, you will certainly seize every opportunity to warn others against hell. "...The violent take it by force" (Mt.11:12).

Today, YOU have the POWER of God. God has made you a Combat Soldier of the highest order. You are NOW in His class! The Word says, "For You (God) have made him (man) a little lower than the angels (a shade lower than God), and have crowned him with glory and honor. You made him (man) to have dominion over the works of Thy hands; Thou hast put all things under his (man's) feet" (Ps.8:6). Jesus said, "Behold, I give unto you POWER...over ALL the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you" (Lk.10:19).

You and I are set over the works of the Lord's hands. The Word says, "You have put ALL things in subjection under our feet..." (Heb.2:8). Who is under our feet? Satan the STUPID. Let us use the devil's head as a dust mat to wipe the dust, dirt, mud, and snow from the bottoms of our shoes!

God's Army is beginning to flow in the Spirit and POWER of the living God. Revolutionary things are AHEAD! PRAISE the LORD FOREVER!

We do not follow the crowd. The crowd follows us! We take an independent stand that is non‑traditional. Tradition says that miracles and healings do not happen today. But we initiate and activate miracles. We command diseases to leave and they leave. We refuse to conform to this world. We are transformed by the renewing of our minds. We refuse to be bound. Religious demons have tried unsuccessfully to bind us up and make us agree with them and PLAY church, but we refuse to play their silly little games!

We rend out hearts and not our garments. God does not want our dirty little garments. He wants our hearts!

GET WILD for JESUS! You are in God's class now. You are a member of the highest order. YOU are SPECIAL. YOU are UNIQUE. YOU are EXTRAORDINARY! You belong to the highest social order on this earth and in heaven. You are living in God's Class.
We will live forever in God's Kingdom. Our body may go to the grave, but we won't. We will rule and reign forever! Jointly, we share everything with Jesus. We give Him our hearts…not our garments (belongings). He wants our hearts.

Mothers know something about rending their hearts to the Lord. My mother was a godly mother while she lived on Planet Earth. She believed in rending her heart to Jesus. Mothers are so SPECIAL! Sarah was special. Esther was special. Hannah was special. Mary was special. Dorcas was special. Elisabeth was special. And God has made holy mothers special for this day and hour.

Being a godly mother takes love, understanding, wisdom, patience, knowledge, and the compassion of God Almighty. Mothers are SPECIAL because they bring forth little babies into this world. Then it takes 18 to 20 years to nurture, train, educate, mature, and grow that child into an adult. A mother's work is never done. Sometimes being a mother is tough and almost thankless UNTIL you begin to count your bountiful blessings.

"Mom, rest in the Lord and be assured that one day you will be rewarded for all your efforts. May the peace and comfort of the Holy Spirit be upon you this holy day."

CHAPTER 7

If you are religious and a traditionalist, you may get upset with me in this chapter. But you might as well finish the book…since it has provoked you thus far! And even now, you are beginning to act WILD! I believe you will be glad you finished this radical Spiritual Warfare book.

Some religious people do not want to hear about the devil, hell, sorcerers, or idolaters. Some want to ignore their existence. I am here to tell you that they are real, yet powerless! The people who RETURN to the God of their youth will be eternally grateful and thankful because they will have escaped the awful place of the damned which contains the unrepentant sorcerer and idolater.

"Return to the Lord your God, for He is gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and of great kindness" (Joel 2:13).

What is a "sorcerer"? He/she is a person involved in witchcraft, magic, and sorcery. Often, he uses drugs, potions, poisons, spells, enchantments, and charms in order to produce an evil supernatural effect upon others. The sorcerer or wizard will often make incantations and appeals to occult powers which is none other than satan the STUPID. Sorcery is absolutely of the devil (Acts 8:9‑11, 13:6‑8, Rev.9:21, 18:23). It will send your soul directly to hell (Rev.21:8). You will not pass Go or collect $200.00.

Is sorcery, black magic, or witchcraft being practiced today? Absolutely, it is. It has made its way into many songs, television and radio programs, newspapers, schools, colleges, CDs, DVDs, and even churches. It is on the rampant increase! I say this hesitantly, but many Christians have fallen prey to this sin. Some weak so‑called Christians are reading the horoscope columns daily, studying astrology, going to fortune tellers, and even practicing what they call "white magic". Some day real soon, some of these individuals will wake up in hell!

Sorcery is now in many of the TV cartoons that children watch in the mornings. It is also in the cartoon columns of many newspapers. This spirit will influence you unless you apply the BLOOD of JESUS to your heart, mind, and spirit.

In the old days, witches and people of witchcraft were not permitted to live. They were painfully killed (Ex.22:18, Le.20:27, Dt.18:9‑14, 1 Sam.15:23). They were STONED not by alcohol, but by big rocks. PERIOD! Today, we live under grace...but we still need to disallow this spirit to live in our communities. That's final...no discussion necessary! PERIOD!

What is an "idolater"? It is a person who worships an idol or image. The image may be the image of a god or instrument of worship (money). It may be the image of a man or parts of the human body (Rom.1:22‑25). An idolater is a depraved soul and slave to the devil (Acts 17:16, 1 Cor.10:14, Gal.5:20, Rev.21:8). Hell and the Lake of Fire will be his home forever unless he repents!

You may say that you do not commit these sins (witchcraft and idolatry). And indeed you may not. However, if you have stubbornness (refusing to yield to or obey God) or rebellion (resisting God's will or Word), then you are guilty of both (1 Sam.15:22‑23). Hell is full of stubborn and rebellious people! Thank God, they will not be in Heaven! Hallelujah!

Now, for the Good News...You do not have to be guilty of any of these sins. If you are, simply confess them right now to the Lord. Return to Him and keep on keeping on. Don't even look back! Our Father is a God of love, mercy, grace, and forgiveness.

Currently, as a combat veteran of Jesus, your chief mission and Divine Assignment is to erase, tear down, demolish, and destroy the works (witchcraft and idolatry) of the enemy.

Furthermore, I believe YOU hate sorcery, idolatry, demons, sickness, and disease. Hence, YOU can become a First Class devil chaser. You can cast demons out of witches, warlocks, and demoniacs. You can raise the dead. You can give food to the hungry. You can comfort the brokenhearted and liberate the captive. You can become a living terror to the devil's playpen and sandbox.

The enemy cannot hinder you unless you allow it. He cannot hinder the Church unless the Church allows it. The devil could not kill Jesus. Jesus gave up His Life willingly. The enemy cannot kill the Church. He cannot kill you. If he could, you would be dead already!

The Chief General, Jesus, tore down the religious system. We must tear down the religious system of idolatry and witchcraft through the BLOOD of JESUS. You are ABLE. You are ready. You have the resources. You have the POWER! Your Guide (General Paraclete, The Holy Spirit) will assist you.

Jesus has given us the Kingdom! Jesus said that it is the Father's GOOD PLEASURE to give us the kingdom (Lk.12:32). The Kingdom belongs to God's kids. The Father is proud of His children. We are wide awake! We are no longer wimps, but we are dynamic sons on the battlefield for our Lord.

"...The VIOLENT take it (the Kingdom of God) by FORCE" (Mt.11:12). The enthusiastic ones (Christians that are in GOD VIOLENTLY INVOLVED) take it by seizing upon it tenaciously. They are the BOLD ones! They walk in PLENTY and have abundance! The Church (the EXPLOSIVE ones) is becoming a dynamic example of this Biblical concept. We call those things that be not as though they were and they shall be! Faith in ACTION always wins!

Jesus was violent in His Spirit. He healed the sick, cast out demons, delivered the oppressed, provided food for the hungry, and forgave sins. He drove the thieves out of the temple. He called the scribes and Pharisees "hypocrites". He said they were white sepulchers full of dead men's bones.

Jesus warned us about the tradition of the elders. They were not "good news" oriented, but "doom and gloom" oriented. They strained at a gnat and swallowed a camel.

TODAY, you and I are living in the midst of the GREATEST revival of all time. SIGNS, MIRACLES, and WONDERS are happening all over the world! There's coming a day (very shortly) when churches will be full and will have to turn people away until the next service! The early and latter rain is beginning to fall. And praise God, YOU and I are part of this new wave of the Holy Spirit. God is ready. Jesus is ready. The Church is ready. Let the REVIVAL of signs and miracles begin! The ANOINTING is here.

Get violent (aggressive) in your spirit. Be persistent. Be tenacious. Persevere. Do not stop short of your miracle. Be faithful to God's Kingdom and He will see you through. You cannot go under for going over! Be faithful in your giving (tithes and offerings) and He will bless you 100 fold NOW in this time. Be faithful in your CHURCH ATTENDANCE and God will honor YOU with the fruitfulness and abundance of His Word.

Jesus was a combat REVOLUTIONARY. Paul was a combat REVOLUTIONARY. Peter was a combat REVOLUTIONARY. They were violent in their spirit for the things of God. Were they successful? Did they storm the Kingdom of God? Did they heal the sick?

"For the Kingdom of God is NOT in word, but in POWER" (1 Cor.4:20). Some people do a LOT of talking (jaw jacking), but they do NOT have enough POWER to blow their nose when it come to spiritual matters! Jesus said, "You do ERR, not knowing the scriptures, nor the POWER of God" (Mt.22:29).

What is power? POWER is living the Word. POWER is doing the WORD. POWER is living in the same house with General Paraclete. You have become that Godhouse!

Some people know about the scriptures (God's Word), but they do not have any POWER. Some have emotional power, but are air‑heads when it comes to Scripture. We need both. When we KNOW the Truth (Word), it will surely set us FREE and we will have more POWER than we will ever need or use.

Gideon and his 300 were men of obedience and POWER. They went forth in the POWER of HIS might and authority. They got violent in the Spirit realm. They were NOT afraid. They were bold as lions...thus a tremendous and great VICTORY!

BE BOLD. BE BRAVE. BE OBEDIENT. BE WORD CONSCIOUS and not sin conscious. YOU are forgiven. You are FREE. YOU are the apple of His eye. God is on your side. He is for YOU! There is nothing in His Word that He will withhold from you.

Excitement should be everywhere in God's Kingdom. If you are not excited about what God is doing, go on a three or four day FAST and get yourself either revived or saved and then YOU will be EXCITED! Jesus is exciting. His Word is exciting. His Church is exciting. YOU are exciting!

Be obedient. Eat the fat of the land. No good thing will He withhold from us. The victory is ours today! WITHOUT JESUS, we can not; without us, He will not!

In conclusion of this chapter, the enemy would like to destroy you, but he does not have the power and authority to ever touch you again. Your trust is now in General Jesus. Sorcery and idolatry have no power over you. You are FREE! Go forth now and set others FREE! POWER is in your hands. POWER is in your tongue. POWER is in your words. SPEAK the WORD with ALL READINESS of MIND and SEARCH the SCRIPTURES DAILY.

CHAPTER 8

Be Glad and Rejoice! No one has ever been born to go to hell EXCEPT Jesus Christ.

"Be glad and rejoice" (Joel 2:21). He was slain from the foundation of the world (Rev.13:8). JESUS knew that HE would be slain (Mt.17:22‑23). He knew that HE would go to hell for us (Mt.12:40). JESUS told His disciples that He would in fact die and be raised again the third day (Lk.9:22). The agony and cruelty that Jesus experienced is beyond mere words. He suffered more than any other human being (Isa.52:14‑53:12, Ps.88).

God's will is for man to repent and go to heaven forever. But this a choice that only man can make. God will not make the choice for you and me. We alone make this choice.

This leads me to the next phase of this book. Why were you born? Instead of dying and going to hell, YOU were born with a Divine Destiny to go to Heaven. This is what God had in mind for you from the beginning…even from the foundation of the world. As you travel through life, God will give you opportunities to carry out Divine Assignments on this Earth. At the end of your journey, His will for you is to live with His Son, General Jesus, forever in His Kingdom.

Some Christians want to die and go on to heaven without really fulfilling their assignments on Planet Earth. What would happen if every single Christian died immediately upon receiving Jesus into his life? Who would carry on the work of the Gospel on this planet? God wants us to LIVE and not die!

Presently, you are in a WAR ZONE against satan the STUPID one and all of his pea‑brain imps. Jesus has commissioned you to go forth and do the same things that He did on this earth. The acceptable time of the Lord is NOW. HARVEST is NOW (Lk.4:18‑19). This is Good News! Be glad and rejoice.

Likewise, as Gospel Soldiers we have a Divine Assignment. It is our responsibility to accomplish the task and mission that is set before us. Our weapons are NOT carnal. Our weapons are "mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds; casting down imaginations, and everything that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity EVERY THOUGHT to the OBEDIENCE of Christ" (2 Cor.10:4‑5).

"For behold, I have made you THIS DAY a fortified city and an iron pillow, and bronze walls AGAINST the whole land" (Jer.1:18). We CHARGE forth across this land because we are a fortified city and God is on our side.

Listen to me closely. The Word (Jesus) says, "But you shall receive power (authority) when General Paraclete (the Holy Spirit) has come UPON you; and you shall be witnesses..." (Acts 1:8 NKJV).

1. The Holy Spirit convicts us of sin by being WITH us.
2. The Holy Spirit gives us the New Birth by being IN us.
3. The Holy Spirit gives us His fullness by being UPON us.

Therefore, if we take Acts 1:8 seriously, we have wonderful FELLOWSHIP with General Paraclete, the Holy Spirit (Third Person in the Trinity). We shall be one with Him. He will guide us and lead us into ALL Truth (Jn.16:13). The Holy Spirit will REVEAL the Father's Will to us through Jesus. Hence, in the Battle Zone, we definitely need Someone to guide us through the mine fields and booby traps set by the STUPID one, UGLY satan.

Our orders now come from the Commander‑in‑Chief (General Jesus); however, they are transported to us by General Paraclete, the Holy Ghost. Therefore, being in the Combat Zone is a serious threat and danger to the enemy. So be glad and rejoice because you have now been promoted to demon Chaser FIRST CLASS.

If YOU KNOW who you are and in Whom you believe, YOU KNOW that the enemy is totally defeated. He cannot touch you without going through your GENERAL first. And he knows better than to try a stunt like that! Why? Well, the last time he tried something like that, it cost him his kingdom!

Pray this with me. "Father, I now take my rightful position with You, Your Son Jesus, and the Holy Spirit. You have made me not only your child, but also a mighty combat warrior that cannot be defeated in the Name of Jesus. Devils, demons, imps, and UGLY satan all have to bow at the Name of Jesus. Father God, I am who You say that I am, YOUR CHILD. You have given me dominion over everything that moves, creeps, crawls, walks, swims, or flies and that includes POWER over the defeated foe, lucifer the LOSER. You are our Mighty Fortress, Shield, Buckler, Protector, Strength, Deliverer, and Rock. Your Word is like a fire and hammer that goes forth and burns out the dross and pounds out the hardness from our lives. Lord, I am Yours and You are mine. Send me forth NOW to accomplish the mission. I am ready and obedient. I welcome you, Sweet Holy Spirit, to guide me through the battle. I give You praise to You in Jesus' Name."

The Holy Spirit now has your attention. As a matter of fact, that is why you are reading this book. It is no accident that you have a copy of this book in your hands. This copy was especially written for you. Be glad and rejoice! Be sensitive to the Holy Spirit. GOD loves you so much!

Get the Word and Power out to the people in the Name of Jesus! Tear down the strongholds of the enemy. CHARGE! You are invincible in Jesus. The Holy Ghost is WITH you, IN you, and UPON you.

"...The VIOLENT take it (the Kingdom of God) by FORCE" (Mt.11:12). Call those things that be not as though they were because they shall be!

Get ready for revival. The world wide revival is NOW! The Sweet Anointing of Jesus Christ is being manifested across the globe. The gifts of the Holy Spirit are for today.
Get ready for EXCITEMENT! The Church is filled with God’s power and Holy Spirit. God’s people are talking about Christ and His Message…and Miracles. Many are becoming combat ready. Many now believe in Miracles. Many are now faith oriented. Many have become revolutionaries for Jesus.

Give up NO ground to the enemy! The NINCOMPOOP satan the STUPID is totally defeated. The only power he has over YOU is the power that YOU give to him!

Be glad and REJOICE!

We are NOT a group of middle of the road (fence sitting) powerless Christians. We are SOLD OUT to Jesus and the Holy Father. This is our lifestyle and we implement and duplicate it in the lives of others. Jesus is ALIVE. We are ALIVE. We serve a risen and powerful Lord.

STAY IN CHURCH!

Let me say this. When a banana leaves the BUNCH, he places himself in a good position to get SKINNED. God does NOT want you to get yourself SKINNED! Stay with the bunch and be blessed!

The GOOD NEWS is you are FREE! Christ has redeemed YOU from the curse of the law. He has made you an ABLE minister of the Gospel. You NOW have the POWER to lay hands on the sick and see them recover. You have the ability of God wrapped up in you. You are NOT the victim, but the VICTOR! Use the POWER you have!

Be glad and REJOICE!

NEVER give up! NEVER take "no" for an answer! God's promises are YES and AMEN! YOU are on the brink of a MIRACLE! Do NOT let the enemy steal your miracle. YOU are the APPLE of God's eye. He wants YOU to be blessed with GOOD things. Praise the Name of Jesus forever!

We are SAVED...HEALED...and FILLED! We cannot go under for GOING OVER! Ain't God good? Revival has come. I can feel it in the air.

When the POWER of God starts moving…move with it. Do NOT get in the way of His power... because if you do, you'll be run over like a steam roller. "Power of God, come on down!"

The enemy has been caught and is very distraught.

Because Justice is now the Voice.

We now cast deranged demons back to Hades where there is no bail because they have once again failed, but General Jesus has prevailed !

CHAPTER 9

The Flame Burns: "A fire devours before them, and behind them a FLAME BURNS..." (Joel 2:3 NKJV). When we take on Jesus Christ as our Leader and Commander‑in‑Chief, we no longer are hell bent, but are heaven minded. After we complete our mission on Planet Earth, we KNOW our home is heaven.

Contrariwise, the individual who fails to accept Jesus will experience the flames of hell. The Bible talks of a lake of fire burning with fire and brimstone (Rev.19:20, 20:10, 21:8). As you recall, Sodom and Gomorrah were destroyed by fire and brimstone (Gen.19:24‑28). Brimstone is another word for sulfur which is a pale yellow chemical element found in crystalline. Brimstone burns with a blue flame and has a stifling offensive odor. It smells. It STINKS! Hell will be full of it. Thus, THE FLAME BURNS!

How will an unregenerate carnal body live in a hell burning with fire and brimstone forever? To tell you the truth, I do not know. I do not plan to go there to find out! But you can be sure, it will happen. God's Word and His Promises have never failed and they never will. God has promised a heaven for the saved and a literal hell for the lost. The lost will be damned forever in an inferno filled with fire and brimstone. People will cry and scream to no avail and there will be no BAIL!

Even though fire and brimstone will be ever present in hell and the lake of fire, darkness will permeate every fiber of this inferno. Do you remember the ninth plague of Egypt? Darkness was over the entire land...darkness that could be felt (Ex.10:21). The darkness in hell will be felt! Hell is utter darkness (Mt.8:12, 22:13, 25:30). Satan is total darkness.

Darkness will be so thick until the wicked will see very little…except perhaps the fiery flames. They will never again have a friendship with another human being. They will never again see a beautiful rose garden or a butterfly or a mountain stream or a running deer or a brown squirrel or a wheat field or an apple blossom or a snow flake or a baby's smile. Jude talked about "the blackness of darkness forever" (Jude 13).

Furthermore, because of the constant smell of fire and brimstone (sulfur) throughout eternity, the inhabitants of hell will never again smell the roses, coffee, sweet perfumes, hot buttered home made honey bread, fresh baked ham, or the sweet Florida orange blossoms.

Have you ever had a migraine headache, tooth ache, heart attack, burning fever, stomach ache, diarrhea, back pain, vertigo, kidney stones, hiatus hernia, stroke, cancer, gout, asthma, cramps, emphysema, influenza, otitis media (severe ear‑ache), and pneumonia all at the same time? Hell will be 1000 times as painful as all the above ailments combined at the same time. Fire, brimstone, and agony will be the constant companions of hell's victims. The flame BURNS!

Some of you are no doubt responding, "Tommy, what are you trying to do, scare the living hell out of us?" YES! I see you are getting the message. If this book scares the living hell out of just one person and keeps him from taking up his residence in hell, it will have been worth more than all the money in the world because a soul is priceless. If you have a friend or loved one that is lost without Christ, give him a copy of this book! Then, let the Holy Spirit do His job. He will.

Some of you may be airhead traditionalists that are against anything that isn't love, warm milk, toast, honey, spices, and jelly donuts. Some of you have been taught that if it does not edify, exhort, or comfort, it is not of God. Let me ask you something. Are people in hell being edified? Are they being comforted? Are they being exhorted? Who made Hell? Who talked about Hell in His Word? Jesus constantly talked about hell and hell fire (Mt.5:22, 29; 10:28; 11:23; 18:9). Jesus talked about an everlasting fire (Mt.18:8, 25:41).

No...The subject of hell is NOT supposed to tickle your nose or ears. It is suppose to make you cognizant of a place that YOU must avoid at ALL COST!

You may not be fund of hell, fire, and brimstone preachers, but the closer you get to hell, the better they sound and are appreciated! One thing I appreciate about them, they mean business for God. Some of the milk toast, watered down, jelly‑fish, poppycockology, weasel worded, wimp styled, fairy tale, and sleepy‑eyed religious words that some call the gospel will not keep a flea out of hell.

In the TRINITY, God the Father is the DESIGNER, God the Son is the EXECUTOR of the Will of God, and God the Holy Spirit is the REVEALER of that Will.

DID YOU KNOW that "judge", "judgment", or its derivative is found over 800 times in the Bible? I believe, the Lord is saying, “Judgment has come and is NOW upon the earth. For many years, I have been faithful in My mercy, grace, and love to the earth, but it is NOW time for My judgment to begin! Sinners, lukewarm Christians, and rebellious ones must learn to respect Me and My Anointed ones!"

The FLAME burns! "For the time has come for judgment to BEGIN at the house of God: and if it BEGINS with us...where shall the ungodly and sinner appear" (1 Pet.4:17‑18)? God spared not His judgment upon Adam, Eve, Cain, and the whole world…except for eight (8) righteous souls.

He spared NOT the angels that sinned, but cast them into HELL. JUDGMENT came to Sodom and Gomorrah (the homosexual cities). Judgment came to Eli (the wimp priest), Saul (the rebellious king), Goliath (the weasel giant), Balaam (the greedy prophet), Jezebel (the lascivious queen), and satan (the STUPID IGNORAMOUS FOOL). JUDGMENT is here! (Read 2 Pet.2.)

THE FLAME BURNS! "...I will put My Spirit upon Him (Jesus), and He will show judgment to the Gentiles (nations) (people)" (Mt.12:18, Isa.42:1). Jesus is NOW beginning His judgment upon the earth. How long will the Christian HALT between two opinions (1 Kg.18:21)? If God is God, then FOLLOW Him. If Baal or the world's system is the god in your life, then follow them! GET on one SIDE of the FENCE or the OTHER!

A man or woman that speaks out of both sides of his/her mouth is a liar and in danger of hell FIRE. No liars will be in heaven! GET READY to see Judgments poured out on the ungodly and lukewarm Christians. If you are a holy, pure, clean, and faith filled Believer, you have NOTHING to fear because YOU are under God's protection and pavilion (Ps.27:5).

Get READY! The judgment of God IS COMING and is NOW here!

Thank God for priests, preachers, teachers, and ministers who will still preach on a burning hell filled with fire and brimstone. Hell filled people are all around you. Why not preach on it? I believe you can preach the hell out of people and heaven into them.

Don't worry! Fire and brimstone will never touch the Believer! Since most of you reading this book are God's children, fire and brimstone will never touch you. You will never have to be concerned about being a hothead in hell.

Thank God for General Paraclete Who convicts us and General Jesus Who forgives us our sins. Since Jesus paid the price for our freedom, fire and brimstone will never touch us. Thank God!

CHAPTER 10

The Hothead: What on EARTH is a hothead? Well, actually, I am not talking about earth, even though I believe that I have seen a few on Planet Earth. I am talking about hell. The hothead is an unbeliever who never really confesses that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of the Living God. His destination and home is hell. He is similar to the skinhead (associated with hoodlumism and being disorderly and rowdy). The hothead is an unbeliever who needs Jesus!

A skinhead is normally a thug, gangster, or disorderly person who commits acts of violence, while a hothead is simply just someone who does NOT know Jesus. Unless they repent before the end of their journey, they both will share the same hothouse!

Hell is full of hotheads. One day soon, the chief hothead, satan, will join them in their torment. Unless the hothead changes to a cool head, he will continue to be a LOSER. If he continues to gamble, he will lose everything, including his soul.

The hotheads in hell all gambled against the odds…too long. Now, their poker chips are gone. Their markers have been called in. They stayed too long at the dice table of sin. Hell has taken them further than they wanted to go, charged them MORE than they wanted to pay, and will certainly KEEP them longer than they want to stay!

Playing Russian roulette with their souls cost them everything in the game of life.

When Jesus defeated the chief hothead in hell, He stripped him of everything and rendered him powerless right in the flames of the fiery inferno, thus the first HOTHEAD! The chief hothead lost the war and has been LOSING ever since. Now, hell is full of little hotheads everywhere! Some are still on Planet Earth!

The chief hothead came to steal, kill, and destroy. But Jesus came to give us life and life more abundantly (Jn.10:10).

Since the chief hothead has no power, then how does he kill and destroy? He infiltrates people's lives. He influences, oppresses, possesses, and uses human beings to do his diabolical evil deeds and carry out his hothead business. He deceives, manipulates, dominates, and intimidates individuals. I call it the IPA Formula. He intimidates, provokes, and then accuses. He uses any kind of trickery possible to coerce, control, influence, or dominate a person's mind and eventually make him into a little hothead.

The chief hothead has no power except what man gives to him. The good news is you do not have to be a hothead destined for hell. You can confess Jesus as Lord and be in the same species as God and His Son Jesus Christ. You can be in God's class. Jesus made this possible. He bought you back from the enemy. He redeemed you from sin and bondage and set your feet upon the Solid Rock (Jesus Christ the Righteous).

Today, you can go forth doing miraculous works for Jesus. Jesus said, "I give unto you power...over ALL the power of the enemy (chief hothead)..." (Lk.10:19).

Jesus said, "...And NOTHING shall be impossible unto YOU" (Mt.17:20). The Word says, "...He gave them power against unclean spirits (little hotheads)..." (Mt.10:1, Lk.6:7). The seventy returned and said, "...even the devils (stupid hotheads) are subject unto us" (Lk.10:17).

"If God be for us, who (including hotheads) can be against us" (Rom.8:31)? God has not given the Christian a spirit of FEAR, but of POWER, LOVE, and a SOUND MIND (2 Tim.1:7).

No demonic hothead can touch you. You are an overcomer that overcomes evil with GOOD. "No weapon that is formed against you shall prosper..." (Is.54:17). The enemy SHALL FLEE before you seven ways...he will be smitten before your face (De.28:7). You are no easy prey for the chief hothead.

You have God's ability. He has made you ABLE. You can rebuke the enemy and he move out of your way quickly. "...Rebuke with ALL authority..." (Titus 2:15).

"...In My Name SHALL they (you and me) cast out (eject, drive out, expel, pluck out, thrust out, put forth, send away) devils" (Mk.16:17). Not only do YOU have a right to rebuke devils, but you also have a right to cast them OUT in Jesus' Name.

Today, we as Christian Combat Troops, rule and reign with Jesus. Our chief enemy is already defeated and paralyzed. We can stamp on his head. We can walk up to him and put our combat boot on his ugly neck and say, "In Jesus Name, to hell with you, satan" and he runs back to the abyss like a scalded dog in January.

"And it shall come to pass that whosoever calls on the Name of the Lord shall be saved..." (Joel 2:32 NKJV). No one has to go to hell. Hell is a CHOICE! Combat Christian Troops everywhere are beginning to walk in the fresh anointing and revelation knowledge that God has given them. They KNOW who they are and where they are going. They rule and reign with their Commander‑in‑Chief. Locked up within them is the ability of God. Combat Soldiers go forth and conquer in the Name of Jesus. The battle is small when YOU KNOW that YOU have already won.

The chief hothead (satan) walks around AS a roaring lion, but he is a diabolical wimp that has been stripped of everything including his bite, teeth, and hair. But he still has a lot of hot air!

YOU are SPECIAL and God has made YOU a SOMEBODY. God is FOR YOU. He is on YOUR side. You are a joint‑heir with Jesus Christ. Be BOLD. Kick down the strongholds of the enemy.
Jesus paid the price for disease, pain, poverty, infirmities, hurts, sin, and bondage. We can NOW experience miracles, healings, signs, and wonders that the world is wanting to see. No one can stop it. Revival is here! The enemy is doomed.

You cannot go under for going over. Your Father is watching over you in a special and wonderful way. He cares for you with such compassion and love. You are the apple of His Eye! He is FOR you and not against you. Thanks be to God.

God's POWER never changes. You have that same resurrection power within YOU right NOW. You may not know it. You may not feel like it. However, He will not change His Word one iota. His Word is forever settled in heaven. You cannot change His Word. It changes not. You have the power, authority, and ability of God! Accomplish your Divine Assignment! Your Divine Destiny awaits you.

USE God's POWER! His power is unlimited and omnipotent and it belongs to YOU through the Blood Covenant of Jesus Christ. You will never be hot head, but your head will be cool, clean, and clear forever in the Kingdom of God!

The New Covenant (the Blood Covenant) has been purchased by the blood of Jesus via the crucifixion, sealed by General Paraclete (the Holy Spirit), and approved by our Heavenly Father. All of heaven stands behind this New Covenant! Furthermore, your sins are no more. They have been remitted (just as if they had never been). Once the Blood of Jesus has been applied to your life, God remembers your sins no more because in reality they are NO MORE. They are gone forever!

Today, Jesus is the Surety (guarantee) of the New Covenant. He is the Mediator for all sinners. He is the Intercessor for the Believer. The full price for our redemption has been paid. The claims of Justice for the universe have been satisfied.

Our position is secure. Jesus is our Defender. He always says good things about us to the Father. When Jesus speaks, the Father listens. The Father sees us clean and pure through the Blood of Jesus. He loves us so much. Nothing is too good for us as His sons and daughters! We are the BEST product that heaven has ever produced. Oh, that we could see ourselves as the Father sees us! He sees us holy, sanctified, purified, edified, justified, glorified, magnified, harmonized, intensified, beautified, and HEAVEN qualified!

It is really exciting to know that we do not have to be hotheads, skinheads, or airheads. The enemy no longer has any power over us. We are FREE! Our minds have been illuminated, exhilarated, and invigorated. In Jesus Name, we will never be the same! BE COOL. Stay cool. We will accomplish our Divine Assignment and go to our Destiny (Heaven) and have a BLAST forever!

YOUR TONGUE is the PEN of a ready writer! YOU have the SWEET ANOINTING of JESUS upon your life. Nothing is too GOOD for YOU...nothing! YOU shall ride upon the HIGH PLACES of this earth and eat the fat of the land. Thank God for your FAITHFULNESS! YOU have been faithful. God is on the brink of giving you a SPECIAL miracle. Your time, efforts, tithe, offerings, talents, and testimony are appreciated in the Army of God.

CHAPTER 11

What do we miss by being a Christian? Many times in our present society, people will endeavor to get you to look at all the worldly and sinful pleasures that you are missing. "After all," they will say, "every one else is doing it. Don't be a prude or spiritual geek. We only live once. Let's do it. Tomorrow may never come. Life is passing us by. Live a little. Live a lot.”

Needless to say, those words are foreign to God's Word. His Word is really quite simple. QUESTION? What do you really miss by being a Christian? ANSWER! Hell. Besides missing the consequences of sin on this planet, you will also miss HELL! Thank God for what Jesus did for us!

Some of the things you will miss throughout all eternity by being a Christian are as follows:

1. The Bottomless Pit (Rev.20:1).
2. The Lake of Fire (Rev.20:15).
3. A Place of Devouring Fire (Isa.33:14).
4. A Furnace of Fire (Mt.13:42).
5. Place of Torment (Lk.16:23).
6. Everlasting Punishment (Mt.25:46).
7. A Place of Weeping (Mt.8:12).
8. A Place for murderers, sorcerers, idolaters (Rev.21:8).
9. Place of teeth gnashing (Mt.22:13).
10. Outer darkness (Mt.8:12).

LAST WORDS

Every Christian Soldier is on his way to his Divine Destiny. The Day we received Jesus into our lives, we joined the ARMY of God. We must blow the trumpet and sound the alarm throughout the land. We must be a watchman and give the people a warning concerning hell. No man or woman has to go to hell. We have been commissioned to tell others about Jesus. The message is simple: Accept Christ, escape hell. Reject Christ, burn in hell. Do the Will of the Father, go to heaven.

Heaven is a decision. Eternal hell is a decision. No one has the authority to send you to hell except you. No devil can send you to hell. No man or woman can send you to hell. The only person who can send you to hell is YOU. The choice is yours. I trust that you have decided to go to heaven!

Now that you are on your way to heaven and have accepted your responsibilities in the Army and Kingdom of God, you KNOW that your enemy (the stupid one) is totally defeated. You have accepted your Divine Assignment and have become a militant sentinel sounding the alarm.

Some days you even go out looking for a devil to kick around or to stamp on his face. You are constantly in the combat zone causing grave damage to satan's kingdom of darkness. The enemy is constantly assessing the battle damage to his kingdom.

You are a professional COMBAT Christian Soldier. You are a Revolutionary. You are on a journey to your Divine Destiny. You have chosen to accept Divine Assignments along the way. You have been dispatched by the Commander‑in‑Chief to revolutionize your community. The devil's weapons are useless against you and General Paraclete. The powerless enemy is in a whole lot of trouble!

You are God's child. You are alive in JESUS! You and the Holy Ghost have a Divine fellowship. The Holy Spirit is in you, with you, and UPON you in His fullness.

Not long ago, I was in Seoul, Korea. I had the opportunity to visit the largest church (attendance wise) in the world. It is pastored by Dr. Paul Cho. The church is several stories high with elevators included. As I stood from the fifth floor and looked down at the pulpit area, it almost took my breath away. It was simply beautiful to know that each Sunday this church is filled to capacity (about 20,000) and this is repeated about seven times per Sunday. The people are hungry, alive, and well in Jesus!

Paul Cho has accepted his mission and Divine Destiny. Today, his fruit bears this out. You too, can accept your Divine Destiny. Your time has come. You are ALIVE with the POWER and AUTHORITY of God. The Father's ability is yours. General Paraclete will assist you every marching step of the way.

Your very words are filled with faith and compassion. People now come to you for answers and encouragement. You speak forth the oracles of God. You carry out your assignments in obedience to the COMMANDER's voice and orders. The enemy runs and hides from you! When you speak in the General's Name (Jesus), all hell trembles with fear.

You are a giver. You have learned who you are and Who your Father is. You have learned Who Jesus is in you! You and General Paraclete have begun an eternal relationship. You are humble. You are meek in spirit. YOU will inherit the earth. As a giver, you will never lack. Everything you touch will prosper! All things are yours. Your weapons are mighty. You have become a powerful threat to the chief hothead, satan. You have dominion over the earth. You have dominion over hell. You are a powerful FORCE through Jesus Christ. The enemy is the curse and you are the cure.
You were born for such a time as this. You are heaven's finest product. The devils in hell cannot stop you. Hotheads and skinheads fear you! Signs, miracles, and wonders are all around you. You are very much ALIVE.

You are a walking, LIVING miracle. You walk fearlessly using the Name of Jesus. You have obtained prosperity, health, and wealth. You have a legal right to the use of that wonderful Name, Jesus. You KNOW that in the Name of Jesus, you can conquer demons and any affliction that the enemy may bring upon the bodies and minds of men and women! You are, in the Name of Jesus, God's instrument of healing and deliverance to the world. Accept the challenge. Accept your assignment.

Be like Paul. He said, "I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith" (2 Tim.4:7). You were born to be BOLD and proclaim the Good News.
You NOW march to the beat and sound of orchestrated heavenly drums. The symphony Director is General Paraclete. He plays music for our elder Brother, General Jesus. Your time has come. Dare to act on the Word of God. You have not arrived at your final Divine Destination yet, but you are well on your way. Thanks be to God!

The greatest POWER on earth is on the inside of you. His Name is Jesus! You cannot lose for WINNING! You do not have any troubles that Jesus cannot take care of. ALL you need is wrapped up, tied up, and tangled up in Jesus! You cannot go under for going OVER! It's not over until it's over and it is NOT over yet...Thank God!

You were born to TASTE the goodness of God. The aroma and sweetness of His delicacies are MARVELOUS to behold. The BEST part of your LIFE is yet to come. You were born for such a time as this. You are still on the Gospel Train heading for your Divine Destiny. The Conductor and Commander‑in‑Chief of the Universe…Jesus…has a plan for your life.

“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end” (Jer.29:11).

YOU stand in the Father's presence without the sense of guilt, inferiority, or lack. YOU are God‑conscious, Son‑conscious, Faith conscious, Love conscious, and Victor conscious. YOU have the ABILITY of God! You are beginning to have FAITH in YOUR OWN faith. You can run through a troop...leap over a wall, and chase a 1000. The enemy cannot stand before YOU. He flees before you seven different ways. YOU ARE INVINCIBLE in JESUS!

Take a good look in the mirror. YOU have WON! The Father is well pleased with you! One day, you will hear Him say, "Well done, my son...Your assignment is finished... Mission Accomplished. Welcome home to your Divine Destiny!
